Excellent service

We’ve used this company for many, many years and the service provided has been faultless. A recent cruise was delayed in returning to Southampton but communications were excellent. Car pickup was as smooth as ever. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I have used P4C many times and the service is excellent. Easy to use online booking system at a very competitive price. Great communication by email and by text with reminders sent pre cruise.

Excellent service

Very easy booking site, great communication, easy to book & vehicles returned & ready for when we disembarked.

I booked 2 vehicles on my booking but it would only accept one mobile number so all texts for both cars came through to me. Suggest having a facility in the booking process to add mobile numbers to each vehicle.

Also some help with finding the short stay car park may help although we did spot it after dropping off cases etc.

Overall a very good service which we would use again.

Parking 15th to 22nd October

This was our first time of cruising from Southampton and our first thoughts was travelling from the North West by train, but unfortunately due to issues on our rail network we opted to drive, we attempted to book through APB only to find all car parks full.
We were reading negative information about meet and greet at Southampton but we took the risk and booked with Parking4cruises.
I can only say this option was excellent staff on site at the port, pleasant and very helpful couldn't do enough for you, milage used less than 12 miles and car returned a week later exactly the way I left it.
We also opted for a gold valet,unfortunately due to the weather it was not possible. But within 5 days of returning home, the money was back in our account.
I will certainly use parking4cruises when ever we use Southampton Port again 100% credibility

Cruise Parking

I have never used this company before but was very impressed with the service I received. I got e.mails on the day of arrival and texts on the day we returned. Someone was there to meet us and the handover was stress free. An all round excellent service and I shall be using them again.

Superb service

Used these numerous times and will continue to do so. Drop off and pick up point a short walk, check in friendly and easy. If you leave it in a self park storage, you may come back to a flat battery or soft tyre, with this firm it's been driven about 5 miles, so nice and warm on a cold morning. Also I think you may struggle to beat their prices. Good service all round.

Usual good service

Have used P4C many times now for quite a few years and service has always been to a high standard. This last time was no different. Communication is excellent and staff are always friendly and helpful. Greeting point is a slight walking distance from the terminal building but no real problem when its dry. Highly recommend.

Southampton cruise parking

Once again, a job well done.
I made my booking because I’ve used Parking4cruises several times, and had always had great service.
Once again, they did a great job. Especially this time, as our ship was about 12 hours late docking, so they clearly had to factor in the change of hours, along with managing arriving, and departing customers at a time that wasn’t expected.
Great service guys, and I’ll continue to use you whenever I cruise out of Southampton.

The cruise ship we were on was 12 hours late docking in Southampton on 22nd October 2023. Parking4cruises made all the necessary arrangements for us to pick up our car at the later time . We thought this was excellent and obviously was very much appreciated.

You'll easily find the drop off point in the short stay car park by the cruise terminal.
Hand the keys over. Wait while the vehicle is inspected and photographed.
Sign to hand it over and off you go.
It's there waiting for you on your return.

Excellent Service -

First time we used parking4cruises 7-21 October and was very impressed.
We usually use CPS but they were fully booked and to be honest their prices had taken a steep hike!
They text on the morning of the cruise and ask you text them when you are 30 mins away. We dropped off our cases and drove across to the short stay carpark (next to CPS carpark) and someone was there to
meet us. A quick handover with photos of the car and mileage recorded and we went straight to embark. So much quicker than the long queues of CPS. We had told them we intended getting off the ship early and 6am on disembarkation day they text to say the car was waiting. Everything was as it should be and we were quickly on our way.
Great price, great service and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Excellent

We have used Parking4Cruises several times and always find them to be excellent. They are easy to find in the short stay car park. They check the car thoroughly, the car isn’t taken far and is always there ready to collect on our return. Would highly recommend.

Used Parking4Cruises pre-Covid, and had no hesitation re-booking now we're back on our travels.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up about 100 mtrs from terminal, amicable and professional hand over/back of car, photos taken.
