Seamless service

An excellent service which was simple from start to finish. An easy booking process which was clear on the drop off and collection procedure. On the day I got the promised messages as I drove to Southampton and when I arrived the team were ready exactly where I expected them and were easy to find despite it being my first Southampton cruise.

My car was well looked after and returned to the docks to be waiting as I disembarked with a quick handover so I was back on my way home minutes after leaving the terminal.

The only fly in the ointment was a paid-for valet didn’t happen which was disappointing to find on collection however the refund was processed quickly and apologies given at the time. Despite this I would be more than happy to use the service again as it was entirely stress free both before and during my holiday.

Efficient and Easy

First time using P4C, tried due to saving over CPS. Service was straight forward and quick. Just as others had suggested. Will definitely use them again.

Recent Cruise Parking

Very friendly service. Dealt with all the necessary paperwork efficiently and quickly, was off to check-in within 5 minutes of arriving at Parking4Cruises location.
Collection was equally as rapid.
So different to all the hanging around with CPS!

Cruise

Excellent service, would recommend. It was our first cruise from Southampton so did not really know what to expect but we were met by friendly and knowledgeable staff. On return our car was waiting for us early in the morning to drive home. We would use this company again without a doubt.

Very Positive Experience

This is the first time we have used Parking 4 Cruises having used a different company for many years. The service was very efficient. Drop off was quick, parking very close by and easy to find. We will definitely use Parking 4 Cruises next time.

Just used parking4cruises again because they are cheaper than other rivals but offer the same service.
Because of the recent storm they tracked the ships arrival back to Southampton so they could have our car ready to collect once disembarked.
Will definitely use again and also recommend to family and friends.

Excellent Service from Parking 4 Cruises

Just returned from a cruise on Arvia and as usual we used Parking 4 Cruises and we were not disappointed, the service as usual was excellent and friendly, we could enjoy our cruise safe in the knowledge that our car was in safe hands in a secure compound.

2nd time with P4C

Absolutely fantastic experience from arrival for our cruise and on the return journey. Had text to reply 30 mins before and on return a text to say car is ready for pick up. Faultless this is the 2nd time we have used them. Staff can’t do enough for you especially the chap who was there on pick up such a lovely man

Really easy, turned up, left the car. Went on holiday. Got back and collected car. SIMPLE. great service and well organised.

Always get a good service but pay for flex with car wash down but never seem to get the car washed down!!
