Excellent service will use again definitely. No problems dropping of car or collecting even though departure and arrival terminals were different. Communication was very good. Had text to collect car at around 6am so was away from port by 7.30am. There documents say available from 8am so I was expecting to have to wait, perhaps they should change this to " between 6am and 8am". The short stay car park is always very close to the terminal.

Simply the best!
We have now parked with P4C on a number of occasions and always found the service to be first class. On our latest cruise, back to back, we found after sailing that we had left all of our formal clothes in a carrier in the car boot! Contacting P4C by phone they arranged for the bag to be brought to the terminal in time for the second cruise without any fuss- we could not thank them enough. They will always be our parking choice in Southampton-thanks again P4C!

Excellent Service as usual
Just returned from 24 night Cruise and can confirm that the service was to the usual high standard. Easy to book on-line and I was kept informed re terminal etc both before arriving at the port and on my return.
Staff very friendly and diligent, checking car before I left it and the short stay car park is not far from the terminal.
Only a few miles on the clock so I know the secure compound is close to the terminal and I have already booked with Parking4Cruises for my next cruise. Price very reasonable for the service provided.

Parking at Southampton Ocean Cruise Terminal
Parking4cruises made it very easy from the day of arrival at Southampton Ocean Cruise Terminal to collection of my car on return of the ship back after the cruise. The cost of parking was competitive. Contact information by email and phone was accurate and helpful.

Excellent service …. Again!
Staff were friendly and helpful. My car was waiting for me when we got off the ship. The only criticism was that better signage is needed at Ocean Terminal, Southampton for your drop-off zone. After dropping our bags off at the terminal, it was difficult to find your flag at the bottom end of the car park. Other than that, I was very pleased with the parking. Better than CPS nowadays.
