Superb service

We used Parking4cruises again for our recent cruise with P&O and I cannot fault these guys at all. So much so that we highly recommended them to fellow cruise passengers for their own future cruises. These passengers had paid far more than us for the same length of time. Everything went like clockwork, courteous and friendly chap both on drop off and collection of vehicle. Definitely will be using them again.

It's had to think of anything to say... it's one of those services you hardly notice, because they do everything just fine.

I turn up, I drop my car off, I return, they hand my car back to me. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The people are friendly.

It's a very slick and well-run operation.

Just what we wanted

We parked no more than 300 metres from our ship. Someone to meet us on arrival and on return.
From leaving our ship to driving was 15 minutes! Best parking we’ve ever booked and parking4cruises will be the first company we’ll try next time we cruise.

Excellent service with extra support!!!

Unbelievably exceptional service. Now I’m not usually one to give high praise for a service such as parking a car however Parking4Cruises went above and beyond anything we would have expected.

On the way down to Southampton we were involved in a car accident with an HGV lorry. Fortunately we were not hurt and were able to continue to the port. Meeting the parking rep was easy and keys were handed over. This was fast and efficient with pictures taken. The person was concerned that we were ok.

So we went on the cruise.

On our return we received a text to inform us that our car was ready for pickup upon our return. Imagine our surprise that when we walked across the road to pick up the car they were ready for us. We were ready to head home immediately. I have heard that using the port car park agents that some people had to wait 2/3 hours due to volume of people.

What was exceptional was that they had taken time to do a temporary repair to our wing mirrors that were previously hanging off. This made our journey home so much easier and safer. Even when I made a joke trying to blame the damage on them the person who dealt with it found this funny and again made sure I was ok to drive.
