Great service

Parking 4Cruises is a great service from start to finish. Easy to book, they text me on the morning we were sailing and they was there when we got to the carpark. On arrival back the car was there ready for us, just a short walk from the ship

Very satisfied with parking

We embarked and disembarked at the Ocean Terminal. As previously stated, a larger more prominent blade flag would have been helpful. We dropped our car off in the far corner from the terminal, so a fair way to wheel the bags. In future, I would drop off near the terminal and park the car, same on embarkation.
The price was right, so would use them again.

Parking at Southampton cruise port

I’ve always used parking4cruises and have always found them excellent, I’ve just come back from a new years cruise on Iona and I’ve already booked them for my next cruise in September.
I find them very friendly and always offer help with luggage.

Just used P4C again. Always a good price. Always good communication. ALWAYS EASY & NO DAMAGE.
Have used them for many years with never an issue.

I know it is daunting to hand your keys over to strangers, my experience is always good.

Another benefit which most would not think of is that your car will start when you collect it. It has been brought to your ship earlier that day.

Excellent Service

Booking was simple and straightforward.
E-mail received a little while before arriving at port and also returning following the cruise.
The people who dealt with the “handover” were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
I recommend this company most highly.

Excellent service - used them several times. Always helpful. Embarked Mayflower terminal and disembarked Ocean terminal. Received text to say car ready and waiting before we left Queen Mary2. Only problem was the short term parking was full and parking4cruises had to set up with their competitors at the far end of Ocean short term car park which was quite a way to push a trolley with 3 bags. Helpful as ever agent loaded all luggage in car for me. Could do with a more prominent flag though. Spotted competitors flag first which led me to parking4cruises.

Excellent service

Parking for Cruises provide an excellent service. Their representative was ready and waiting for me in the short stay carpark, photographed the outside of the car, gave me a receipt and I had a short walk to rejoin my wife in the departures terminal.
On return, the car was waiting for us in the short stay carpark, they helped load our cases into the car and we were off. A great service, nice people, what more could I ask?

Southampton Parking

As a regular user of Parkin4cruises the service was excellent as always. The attendant was there waiting for us and the car was waiting our collection before we needed it. A very nice chap extremely helpful even took away our trolleys
Would highly recommend this company it has excellent service and is very handy for the terminal which is just across the road.

The drop off service is thorough. I left my car with complete confidence at Southampton. On pick up the gentleman was ready for us. He gave excellent route out of the docks advice. We have used them before, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Received texts telling us exactly what to do. Dropped car off at designated place in short term car park. Walked short distance to check in our bags. On our return, car was waiting from 8am. Absolutely no hassle, would certainly recommend and would use again.

As always the service was excellent from start to finish. Great staff, always so efficient and helpful. A very positive start abd finish to our cruise holiday. Have used others, but parking 4 cruises is now our go to.

VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND!

Despite numerous requests to provide reviews and complete many surveys over past years, I've not often felt compelled to do so. However, I have done so on some occasions mainly because of a poor service or when a compliment was well deserved.

On this occasion it's because the service we received was exemplary and well deserving of being complimented. Promised phone texts were received, clear instructions given and a welcome smile greeted us on arrival. Simple and quick handover which meant we were on board our cruise ship having lunch within 35 mins of arrival at the cruise terminal.

It was similar on our return. Text arrived to confirm our car was waiting for our collection. Following a short walk from the cruise terminal we were again warmly greeted, invited to inspect our car, and finally helped with loading our luggage into the back of the car. Within minutes we were off home.

So, in brief, we will be using this same parking service when we next cruise from Southampton and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
