Great service

Used Parking for cruises at the Horizon terminal, Southampton. Great communication, clear instructions and very easy to use. Friendly staff explained everything on arrival and car was waiting for us on our return. Very short walk from the terminal to the car park on flat surface. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Can't fault this service. Parked the car right opposite the terminal. Dropped cases of, into check in. On to the ship. Much easier then at a airport.
On return. Our car was waiting for us right opposite again.

After a bit of a nightmare arriving late at the cruise terminal the guy from Parking 4 Cruises went above and beyond to be helpful. Collecting the car at the end of the cruise was a breeze too, all in all a great service

Excellent service

Definitely will use this company again. It was so easy on the day of the cruise. Friendly meet and greet guy on short stay car park. Explained everything, took pics of mileage and car and explained how many miles to their compound and back which would be on our mileage on return and he was spot on. Got off the ship at end, short walk across with cases and car waiting. Was off and on our journey within 10mins of leaving ship. Excellent value and service. Thank you.

Great service

Always used CPS in the past, thought I would try Parking for Cruises and so glad I did. Really great price, great service and everything was so easy. Dropped off luggage, dropped off car then walked across to check in. Whole process took about 5 minutes. Great service and would recommend. I will definitely be using again. Keep up the good work!

Just excellent in every way. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most especially when I managed to leave my phone in the car ( a tip is don’t do this 😁) but staff located car and phone and it was brought back to me at the terminal before we left for the cruise. Apologies for making a couple of you work late.

Couldn’t be happier! We have used other car parking facilities but we will definitely be using this one again! Great communications before hand - text message just be our arrival time to confirm time - you text then 30 mins before you are due in and the take over of our car is secure. On arriving back into Southampton our car was ready for us and I just texted to say what time we hoped to leave the ship. Really efficient and effective secure safe parking ! Great company will use next time instead of our usual provider!

Excellent except

I’ll still give a 5 star review even though the car was supposed to have been given a quick wash spray on return.
Apart from that, they were excellent. Reception was easy and staff very helpful.
Pickup was just as helpful and on time.
Well done. It makes the stress of going on a cruise less arduous.
