An excellent service from booking through collecting car after our cruise. Have used this service on several occasions & found it to be well run/professional with friendly helpful staff. Car is dropped off in short stay car park, having deposited luggage at the nearby terminal,all details checked & a short walk across the road to terminal, car ready in same place on completion of cruise.I cannot praise Parking4Cruises enough & highly recommend them & as an added bonus you get a 5% discount for future bookings. Thanks to all.

We have used Parking 4 cruises for a few years now and they NEVER disappoint.
The lads are quick to get you on your holiday and they always meet and greet with a smile!
On return they help loading the luggage into the car and don’t keep you waiting to get your car back and always wish us a safe journey home.

Straightforward, handy for Horizon Cruise Terminal
Very straightforward drop off and pick up. The short stay car park where this happened was only a short walk from the Horizon cruise terminal. All exactly as described.

Easy parking system
Easy to use system to use, from booking , follow up texts etc, and actually handing car over. Dropped bags at Ocean Terminal, then drove to far corner of the short stay carpark. Handed over car, had checks done by very pleasant gentleman, walked a short walk back to ship. Easy. Had texts on the way down, as instructed. Very organised. On return went to same area the car was dropped off, checked the car ok, drove home. Easy. Only prob, text that was to tell me car was ready for collection, did not come through to my phone until i actually got home. Could be phones fault. dont know. Overall good experience, will use again.
