Minor observations to consider

Parking costs are always steep, but as a first-time user of this service, it was straightforward both leaving the car and collecting the car.

Two things to be aware of. First, the post code sent with joining instructions would have taken me to the company's car park compound instead of the drop off point at the terminal. Second, it's difficult to know the time of disembarkation in advance, but I'm sure the company is aware of this.

Impressive and professional service

We were really impressed with the service we received. We booked off site parking, and communication before we arrived at the port was fantastic. We received a text message asking us to let them know when we were half hour from the port. On arrival at Southampton, we joined the case drop line and our cases were taken by the terminal workers, then we turned right out of the line and a few meters up the road turned into the short stay car park where Parking4Cruises were waiting for us. They completed the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, and we walked back over the road to join the ship - couldn't have been easier. They took the car to an off-site car park and explained we would see around 10 miles added to our milage in total when we got the car back. On our return date I received a text at around 6.30am to say the car was waiting for us in the short stay car park. We disembarked around 9.30am, collected our cases outside the ship and a 3 minute walk over the road we were at the car where Parking4Cruises were waiting to hand our key back to us. Very efficient, polite and friendly, excellent communication and we were very happy with the service we received and would recommend to others.

After reading the copies amount of scamming going on in Southampton regarding parking, I was quite worried, we used this company, it couldn't have been easier, it's exactly what it says on the tin, parked and walked to the departure area, the staff were welcoming and polite, this company will always be my first choice when parking for cruising,

I used P4C for the first time in April 2024 and was very impressed with the service, thorough examination of my car at drop off, the operator gave us a leaflet with pick up details and maps and the car was waiting for us on disembarquation.

Easy and quick service

Brilliant and stress free parking just drop your bags off at the terminal and then take your car across to the short stay where they’ll be waiting for you. Will definitely be using parking for cruises again and recommending them to others
