Great service will be using them again next year

They did what they said they do

Used P4C 13th to 20th April 2024, We were looking for a cheaper alternative to CPS. I have to say I was very sceptical as there are so many bad reviews of scam parking companies. The booking process was easy and once booked received details that they would text me on the day of parking and all I needed to do is find their personnel in the short term carpark that is a minute walk opposite the terminal. When I got to the terminal there was two lanes one for CPS which had a long queue and the other to the bag drop off point at the terminal. I dropped my partner with the cases at the terminal and drove into the short term carpark where P4C were waiting. They checked my car, took photos and logged mileage advised me that the car would be driven off the port to their local compound, I was back at the terminal with my Partner in less than 10 mins. On my return to Southampton the following week, I woke up and a text was on my phone telling me my car was ready to collect from where it was dropped off. I can honestly say from my experience it was a great service and I would definitely not hesitate in using them again.

The service offered by PARKING4CRUISES was outstanding and very efficient for our recent World Cruise. Drop off and pickup was in the near by short term car park which I found most convenient. I can't fault them and will book them again for my next cruise from Southampton.

Easy to find, friendly welcome. What's not to like?

Very Good Service

The only difficulty I had was finding their exact location for drop off. Apart from this it was an excellent service I knew where to pick car up the gentleman was there to hand over my keys assisted me in loading vehicle even though it was teaming down with rain.

Good value and friendly service

This was the third time I’d used this service as it is competitively priced. My experience this time round was the best yet with quick as well as easy deposit and collection of my vehicle. The agents were also very friendly and helpful.
I’ve booked two more cruises out of Southampton this year and have also committed to Parking4cruises on both occasions.

What a great service at a very good price.
From start to finish the whole process was excellent, the booking was smooth, the information easy and accurate.
The parking instructions were great and easy to find the location.
The staff were brilliant, helpful and very friendly.
The pick-up was just as smooth less than 15 minutes from leaving the ship to loading the car!
We will definately be using them again.

Perfect once again

Second time we have used Parking4Cruises and once again, a 5 star service. Literally a few minutes to hand the car over and the same with the collection. We arrived earlier than we thought on the return but no problem at all as the car was only a few minute away. Will definitely use again.

Very easy, very friendly, very convenient and a quite a bit cheaper than most of the alternatives. Always use this company unless parking is packaged in with the cruise.

excelllent and trouble free

The ease to remove luggage at terminal and then park the car could not have been easier. On this occasion the fact that we left at one terminal and arrived at another made no difference (pity those that parked with another company they would have had to take a shuttle bus to the original departure terminal and had two choices LUG their baggage with them or drive back to the other terminal to pick up luggage) whereas I left the terminal and less than a minutes walk across the road was parked my car together with Sean waiting patiently to not only hand over the vehicle but also loaded the luggage and mobility scooter into the vehicle. Admittedly I paid a little more for Meet n Greet but it was well worth the extra. Sean you are a star EXCELLENT service could not have been bettered.

First class port parking again.

I have used parking4 cruises several times when sailing from Southampton.They have always been reliable and they give an excellent service.They keep in touch with you on sailing day and explain how you drop your car off and also on your return they explain how to pick your car up.I always book early pick up as we have self disembarkation from the ship and my car is always there to drive straight back home,this week when I returned I got off the ship at 7am and my car was there with their polite man waiting for me.If you sail out from one port and return to another again no problem,they automatically know which port you are returning to and your car will be there.I am highly delighted with the service I have received from them in the past and will not hesitate to book with them again.I can certainly recommend them,so why not book them and see how efficient their service is for your selves.Jeff Rumbelow.
