Excellent reliable service, no issues

Parked at Southampton Port for 10 day cruise and all worked out as planned, i did ring a couple of days in advance just to check on a couple of things for reassurance and not scam as many are but, all planned out ok and transfers good and waiting minimal. Will hopefully use again

Easy, efficient and friendly

Our first cruise from Southampton so we weren’t sure what to do with the car. After some googling of all the different options, I decided on Parking4cruises. Their website explained the procedure clearly and this was backed up by the excellent reviews. Drop off and pick up all went smoothly, their staff were very pleasant and, if we ever cruise from Southampton again, we would definitely use Parking4cruises.

Great service

We used Parking4cruises for the first time. The booking process was easy. Communication from the company was excellent and timely. The process of parking was very smooth and close to our embarkation berth. On our return to Southampton we came in at a different berth however the company track the cruise and were able to park our car in the short stay car park closest to the berth. Collecting our car was easy. The car was in excellent condition and after a quick check we happily signed and were soon on our way home. I will happily use this service again and would highly recommend this company to others.

A great experience

Given the issues with scam operators at Southampton, i arrived at Parking4cruises via the 'Southampton parking tips' site. As we were going on a fly/cruise on a 'non-cruise day' it was proving to be problematic, however once i made contact with the nice people at Parking4cruises, everything fell into place. I arranged to be met at Southampton Coach station as i was driving my car to the port ready for us to collect it on our return. The whole process was very easy. I met the driver at the coach station we checked the car for any damage, he drove off and i caught the coach to Heathrow. When we docked some weeks later, i received a text (as promised), collected our luggage, and made the short walk to the short stay car park where my car was waiting. Again, we checked for any damage (none), loaded the car and went on our way. :-) Previously we had used the Holiday Inn option of 'stay and cruise' but this was so much safer, and easier...and we paid less !!
I cannot rate the service highly enough. I will definitely use the Parking4cruises option again.

Excellent service would recommend this company. Very good communication, very professional and would definitely use Parking4Cruises again.

Fantastic experience.

We used parking4cruises for the 1st time in April.
Totally hassle free, dropped off car very close to the terminal. Easy interaction with the company representative, he checked mileage and a video of the car for damages. Took 5 minutes in Total.
On arrival back in Southampton, it was an easy walk to the short stay car park where my car was parked.
Another wee talk with the gentleman, where he handed over keys and allowed me to check the vehicle, a quick signature and we were on our way.
Very professional company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Also by far the least expensive option we could find.

Parking was easy after a little confusion with the team directing people to diff areas.
not Parking for Cruises faught.
Although we had a change of Berth on return this was also very smooth.
Car looked after by the company and my thanks to them.

So quick and easy

I can’t believe how quick and easy this was.
The staff were helpful and courteous.
I will definitely be using Parking4Cruises again and would recommend it to all. The drop off point is about a 1-2 min walk from the ship and you can unload your bags at the terminal drop off before dropping your car.

Arrrived in Southampton, dropped the luggage with a a steward and drove the short distance to the car park. The car was inspected and mileage logged and taken to a secure location.
On return, before disembarking, I received a text to inform me of directions and that the car was ready for collection. The guys I dealt with were very polite and helpful, even loading the luggage for me.
Seamless from start to finish, excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent and Efficient Service

This is the first time we have used Parking4Cruises. We were a little nervous as we did not know the system. However, it was so straight forward and we found it to be a very reliable and efficient way to park your vehicle whilst cruising. We could avoid the car queue. Go straight to drop off our bags then drive our car to the short stay car park and leave it in capable hands of Parking4Cruises. Our car was checked and photographed. We then walked straight to the terminal. Coming back was the same. Our vehicle was waiting for us earlier than we requested and we simply received our keys and drove away. I wish I had used this service previously and we will definitely use Parking4Cruises again. We would highly recommend it and indeed have recommended it to family and friends.
