Parking was easy after a little confusion with the team directing people to diff areas.

Although we had a change of Berth on return this was also very smooth.

So quick and easy

I can’t believe how quick and easy this was.
The staff were helpful and courteous.
I will definitely be using Parking4Cruises again and would recommend it to all. The drop off point is about a 1-2 min walk from the ship and you can unload your bags at the terminal drop off before dropping your car.

Arrrived in Southampton, dropped the luggage with a a steward and drove the short distance to the car park. The car was inspected and mileage logged and taken to a secure location.
On return, before disembarking, I received a text to inform me of directions and that the car was ready for collection. The guys I dealt with were very polite and helpful, even loading the luggage for me.
Seamless from start to finish, excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent and Efficient Service

This is the first time we have used Parking4Cruises. We were a little nervous as we did not know the system. However, it was so straight forward and we found it to be a very reliable and efficient way to park your vehicle whilst cruising. We could avoid the car queue. Go straight to drop off our bags then drive our car to the short stay car park and leave it in capable hands of Parking4Cruises. Our car was checked and photographed. We then walked straight to the terminal. Coming back was the same. Our vehicle was waiting for us earlier than we requested and we simply received our keys and drove away. I wish I had used this service previously and we will definitely use Parking4Cruises again. We would highly recommend it and indeed have recommended it to family and friends.

Used parking4cruises for parking for our 2 week cruise. Only booked 2 weeks before departure. Very professional service and really handy for the cruise terminal. Nice people. Totally hassle free. Would definitely recommend and should we go cruising again from Southampton we would have no hesitation in booking again.

I would highly recommend this as a parking option if you are doing a cruise holiday from Southampton. We went on the Iona. This is a meet and greet option. Once you have booked you can be reassured that the day before travel you will get confirmation that they are expecting you. On the day, you get a text asking you let them know when you are about 30 mins away. Its a text link you click on, so really easy. They were there waiting for us in the short stay car park by our cruise terminal. The company flag flying so you can spot them easily. The P&O staff directing everyone also know the company so directed us to the short stay car park. Its just metres from the terminal. You hand over the car. They take photos of the outside of the car and mileage. Your car is stored just a few miles away. On return we had a text the morning of disembarkation saying they were waiting for us. And they were. We were asked to check over the car. No issue identified. Digital signing of their paperwork and we were on our way home. Seamless, good value and reliable :-)

Seamless parking experience

Great price and clear instructions prior to sail day. Five minute drop off, and vehicle was already waiting for us upon disembarkation. Highly recommended and efficient service!
