BRILLIANT AS ALWAYS

This was our 4th or 5th time of using the service and, as always a brilliant, efficient and courteous operation. I have recommended this company to a number of people I have met onboard all of which have paid over two hundred pounds for the same type of service at the port.
Will certainly use again.

I dropped our luggage at the terminal, then drove to the short stay car park . Smooth hand over of my car
On our return we came back to the Mayflower terminal, not the Ocean terminal
I had a text message to say ,my car was ready at the short stay car park
I only had to wait a few minutes, the guy put our cases in the car
Very friendly and professional service , I will definitely use them again

Quick and easy to use. Was a little worried on board ship as disembarkation dock had been changed but there was no problem as the car was waiting for us when we got ashore.

Great communication. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good clear info about how far the car would be moved. Different terminal on return and car was at different terminal. Definitely would use again

4th time everything went great.
Dropped baggage off at terminal.
Drove a few hundred yards to the short stay car park.
Easily located drop off point.
Vehicle check before passing over keys.
That’s it.
Same procedure on return.

Fabulous service

We recently used Parking4Cruise and I must say I was extremely impressed. The company were at the port when we arrived to Port and when we docked back home.

My husband couldn't find his wallet when we arrived at the short stay parking so we had to go without it. We then got a call from Parking4Cruise whilst we checking in offering to bring it to us at the port, we declined as I had my wallet.

We feel they really did go the extra mile and we will definitely use them again and tell our friends and family to use then

I’ve just come back off my cruise and this is the second time I have used Parking 4 Cruises. Would highly recommend them brilliant value for money and staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Just across the road from the terminal so easy to drop off your luggage, just go back to the car park and enjoy your holiday.

Also you receive a text when we landed to say that the car is ready there for you to pick up . Also and I did bonus. You receive a loyalty bonus each time you use them definitely a five star review from me

Very good, reliable and professional. Couple of hiccups right at the beginning of our transaction but satisfactory outcome. Just follow the 4-steps - the Company does exactly what it says in their advertising! Recommended and will definitely use again. Great value for money.

Nice and easy to drop your car off at Southampton Cruise Terminal and easy to pick it up on return even if berth is changed .We have used before and all went well.Also good pricing
