Very pleased with the price. On arrival at Southampton Docks the handover service was fast and efficient.
The return collection not so easy, as it was a Sunday no one available to answer any queries. When the returning text was sent to advise of our embarkation time it kept coming back "Sorry we couldn't find your booking, please try again". This happened several times and no other reply was forthcoming.
On our arrival at the car park we saw our car was available. The agent there was very helpful, and we were informed that it had been available since early that morning. If we had been aware of that we would have self-embarked early with no problems of long queues.
This apart we found the process relatively easy and good value.
We would certainly book with them again.

Always used CPS before but decided to try a change and was well pleased with how easy and efficient it was. Everything worked like clockwork and I would definitely use the service again. Thank you to all concerned.

A Great Service

I have used Parking4Cruises several times. An easy and reliable system and at fair costs. Always waiting only a few yards from the terminal. Drop off your car with them. They take photographs so no arguments later. Car Always available when you return I wouldn't use anyone else but sometimes cruise leaves Southampton but doesn't return there. That's not the fault of this service.

I have used Parking 4cruises many times and received nothing but the best, cheerful and efficient service from them. Equally as convenient as any other parking service and as long as I use Southampton cruise port I shall continue to use and recommend them

Smart Parking Service

Parking4Cruises is so easy to use, and great value to. The staff are very helpful and courteous and in the several times I have used them my car has always been returned in the same condition as when I left it with them. Whichever cruise terminal you are sailing from Parking4 Cruises always uses the closest shot stay carpark to that terminal. Great company.

1st use review

We booked with parking4cruises for the first time. Initial communication was good and we received all that was promised re text messages etc. We found the process of arrival drop off and pick went very smoothly. Our only slight hiccup was we were directed to gate 4 at Southampton only to be redirected to gate 10. Otherwise everything was very smooth and efficient.

We would certainly recommend and will be using them later in the year for our next cruise.

Excellent service

First time cruiser here. Had no idea if this was legitimate but it worked well. They sent me the wrong terminal address and postcode on the day but I found them anyway. Car was ready and waiting on our return.
Very difficult to get a bargain on parking as all the operators know one another’s pricing but I do think this saved me a hundred quid.

Very Good Service

Very swift service and great to be able to park and leave your car so close to the terminal. P4C have a compound 5 miles away and so move your car from the short stay after you have gone.
They know which cruise you are on so make sure your car is brought back from the compound and is ready for you once you disembark.

My only criticism is that their location was not well described or signposted. We had the postcode but that is a bit general and we ended up driving where we shouldn’t. Only a small banner made them visible.

Would definitely use them again.

Excellent communications and very helpful and polite.
Very minor criticism - You need a bigger brighter flag. It was a bit difficult to see at the back of the car park.
