Service provided

We used Parking 4cruises for most of May 2024. Everything went smoothly, the staff were very efficient during the time we dropped off the car and later collected it. Photographs were taken when the car was dropped so there could be no damage concerns on collection. We will certainly be using them in the future.

GREAT SERVICE

I used Parking4Cruises this month at Southampton. As usual the service wad first class. Efficient and timely with friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

Great Service

You get what it says on the tin, friendly, professional service, photos taken, mileage recorded and the car was back at 7am, ready to go, I will definitely use them again, cheers lads.

First time using

Would have been 5 stars but car was dirty when collecting, paid for wash.
Need bigger signs in car parks.
Brilliant otherwise.

Southampton parking

Very good service, never been from the horizon terminal before so didn't know what to expect. It was ok but a lot busier than I expected at 10.00 am.
We sailed back to a different terminal and my car was waiting for us when we arrived. Although it was a bit longer walk back to the car.
I would definitely use them again

Brilliant

Originally booked a 14 day cruise, but extended it with a further 5 days, spoke to Lucy who amended my booking, so efficient. Dropped the car off at Ocean Terminal, after first dropping our cases off, the guys who met us were so friendly and efficient. We returned to Queen Elizabeth Terminal, no problems picking car up. On both occasions we had received text messages from P4C confirming our booking and that the car was ready for pick up.
Have used P4C before and the service is brilliant.
Booked again with them.

I have used Parking4cruises for several years and would not use any other company. There prices are extremely competitive and the staff are always polite and friendly. Online booking system very easy and a discount code is
also available....not much but still a gesture of Goodwill. Try them you won't be disappointed and see the money
you could save.

Drop off and pick up is just a short walk from terminal, staff efficient and process nice and easy. Would use them again.

Faultless. Easy to find on both arrival and departure. Good communication. Car was looking exactly the same on collection and cheaper than CPS.

Faultless!

We have used parking4cruises for several years and only had an issue once when the company who own the short stay car park fined us which we had to pay and claim back from parking4cruises (which took a long time to get sorted!). We returned this year and experienced the usual excellent service with no issues.

Great!

This is the second time we have used Parking4Cruises and each time has been so easy. The attendants are so friendly and helpful and it works really well with good communication and clear instructions. We will be back!

Excellent Service

We departed from Ocean Terminal and told our car would be there when we got back. There was a last minute change and we arrived back at Mayflower terminal. No need to panic, Parking4cruises were aware of the change and our car was waiting for us. Excellent service with friendly staff.
