This was the first time that we used parking4cruises and the whole process was very smooth and professional. It was easy to find the drop off point in the short stay car park and the staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. The car was ready for us straight away at the end of our holiday and the car had been safely looked after. We would definitely use them again.

Ventura trip

Great service provided. Company were at the Quay side when we arrived, ready to take our call. Quick, easy process handing over the car. On returning from the cruise we received a text to say our cars were ready and waiting for us. We have never used this company before, but will definitely do so in the future.

Great service

Dropped luggage off at terminal and drove to short-stay car park where car was checked in quickly by a very friendly staff member.

We returned to a different terminal, but received a text before disembarkation to say our car was waiting for collection at the new terminal. We did self-disembarkation and wheeled our luggage across to the short-stay car park and after a quick check, loaded up our bags and were away.

Great service and we will be booking again for next years cruise!

What a brilliant operation you have.
Arrived at ocean terminal mid afternoon, dropped off the luggage at the ship, drive over to the short stay car park where your helpful team was waiting. The car was checked over by a member of staff, we signed the paperwork gave him the key and walked two minutes to the terminal.
Collection was just as simple and efficient. Picked the car up from the short stay car park, Everything thing was fine, we were on the road within a few minutes.
100% will use your service again.

Mayflower Terminal departure on Ventura

Just a note to say we were very impressed with the service we received on our recent departure 25th May. I had a booking for 2 cars as we travelled down as a party of 6. The ship was delayed and we were scheduled to check in 4 hours later than our printed check-in times. On arrival at the terminal the Parking4cruises meet and greet colleague was waiting for us and we were able to drop our cases next to the ship and leave our cars with him and proceed into Southampton on the P & O shuttle bus.
In these exceptional circumstances Parking4cruises came up trumps for us. Passengers booked with other more well known parking companies were sent away and asked to return at 4pm. Thank you Parking4cruises. We recommend your efficient service to others!

Good Value Efficient & Friendly

Found this service by searching for best value. Apart from the Sat nav sending us down a cul de sac because the meet/greet point doesn’t have an accurate postcode, everything was fine - professional, efficient & friendly. Really liked the text comms and that everything worked as promised.

Could be better organised

First time user. so I slavishly followed their printed directions- mistake. Once we finally arrived at the correct terminal , the baggage and car drop off worked very well. HOWEVER, their printed instructions sent us to the wrong dock gate and phoning their help number was met with a recorded message- not a lot of use. I then followed the ports own directions to our cruise ship and there they were. Added 15 mins to the journey and quite a lot of worry. Simple to fix though and I’d like to use them again
