Staff were welcoming and efficient. Car was quickly checked in and on return car was ready to drive off.

Our parking on the day of our cruise went seamlessly.
Once I had located the position of the agent the process was promptness and simplicity all through.

On our return it was the same swift results. We were even helped with loading our cases by the very nice, polite young man, their employee.

Easy as pie

Park in the short stay, hand over keys, short walk to the terminal.

Collect bags, fetch car from short stay, pick up bags and others outside terminal. Drive home.

Brilliant Service

Used Parking4Cruises for the 1st time on June 1st 2024 for 10 nights parking, and have just booked them again today for my cruise in October 2024.
Absolutely brilliant service and so easy to use. Their communication with you on your embarkation and disembarkation day is fantastic. Car picked up just over the road from the terminal on the Short Stay Carpal and then waiting for you when you arrive back.
Very professional and lovely people, will definitely be using these for every cruise. Very very reasonably priced too.

Excellent Service

Easy and excellent service using parking4cruises for 3 cars during our recent cruise. Easy to book online and staff were very friendly when dropping car off and collecting. We did have a slight issue in that we all received a parking fine for the drop off day, but a couple of emails to parking4cruises and they were cancelled no problem. Full explanation that on rare occasions this does happen, which is out of their control. Will be using again in future.

Perfectly placed and priced

We used Parking4Cruises when we sailed out of Southampton at the end of April. Upon arrival, the process was easy and pretty quick (it was a busy day with 4 cruise ships in port). Photos were taken of how the car was when we left it for evidence. Upon arrival back at the port, signage was lacking as to where the man with the keys was but we were directed to them by CPS staff. The car was fine no damage etc and only a few extra miles on the clock. Would use again.

Fantastic service

Very easy to use and friendly staff. This was our first time with this company and we will definitely use them in the future. We had to leave the ship early because my wife was taken ill so I got a coach to collect my car the day after the ship docked. A big shout out for Mark who collected me from the coach station and drove me to the car park. He had a photo of me booking the car in so he could recognise me and we had a laugh because I was wearing the same clothes. Oh dear I must remember I do have other clothes in my wardrobe. Use this company for parking. They are excellent.

Very good service. Easy to use the car was booked in quickly and was waiting for us on our return. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Great service

It was easy to book and service was perfect. Great that pick up after the cruise was closed to the terminal and didn't have to walk too far. Only comment as a first time customer was that finding the flag when dropping off the car at the short stay carpark was difficult, we were driving around the carpark for 5mins not sure what we had to look for - perhaps in the email stating where to drop off our car that you can include a picture of what the flag looks like on top of the van for easy identification (not just the logo). Will definitely use this service again!

Brilliant as always

I would not consider using another parking company at Southampton when cruising. The communication is brilliant, the staff are friendly and efficient and they have taken away any stress and worry about the parking for my holiday.

Very efficient and convenient

The parking worked very smoothly. We were texted as arranged on the day we arrived at the port and on our return. Both delivery and pick-up could not have been easier. The car was photographed before we left it and we were asked to check it on our return. All was as we fine and at both ends of our trip the person dealing with the car was cheerful, friendly and helpful. He even loaded our cases into our car for us.

Did everything we asked. On time to meet us to drop off car and car ready for us as soon as we disembarked the ship exactly where they said they would be. Such an easy service to use.

Hassle free parking at Southampton Terminal

We recently did back to back cruises and booked our car with Parking4cruises during both trips.
It was a hassle free booking with the car being dropped off at the first one and collected easily after the second. P4C come highly recommended, we have used them many times.
