What's not to like

Easy drop off, no waiting and right next to the cruise port. Much the same on return. Happy to recommend and I'd happily use them again.

Great communication throughout the process, very courteous staff, easy drop off and pick and very short walk to the P&O terminal. Would highly recommend.

Spot on!

Seamless drop off procedure 2 mins walk from Terminal and car ready for us when we left the ship (even though we left as early as 8.00).

Very happy with the service

First time using Parking4Cruises and very happy to recommend them. Text messages for dropping off and picking up the car were efficient, no problems with finding the correct car park and met by friendly staff. Certainly will be using them next time we sail from Southampton.

Great Service

Used Parking4Cruises for the 1st time on 1 June 2024 for 14 nights, having used the mainstay operators previously.
Was so easy to use. We drove to the short stay car park, car was checked and mileage recorded, handed over the keys and walked across the road to the terminal! There is the option to drop off luggage first and then drive to the short stay car park to drop off the car, but as it was so near we decided to not bother!
Communication was great - received a text en route which just need a quick reply when 30 mins away - we were earlier than expected and only 15 mins away when we received the text, but there was no problem with arriving earlier. Received a text at 06:55 on the morning of embarkation confirming the car was ready in the short stay car park for our collection. Someone was there waiting when we arrived back.
Very professional and fantastic service from P4C and we will definitely use them again when we next sail out of Southampton. Half the price of other companies for the same service - it's a no brainer!!

Excellent service when dropping of our car at the Cruise Terminal and also on collection on our return.

Prefect, Local, hassle free,

Totally simple and hassle free service, right next to the terminal, easy to find, nice staff, car was waiting for us when we returned where they said it would be, so simple, fair price as well for the week, not exactly meet & Greet as we had to take it to the short stay car park to be met but that was 100mtrs away, so just dropped bags at terminal drop off point and drove into the car park 1 min away. Makes it all part of the Holiday and hassle free.

Excellent service

Second time we have used this company and second time we have had an excellent experience. Whilst other people were waiting for their cars via another company our car was delivered as expected and waiting for us. Communication by text was efficient and staff were friendly. Will certainly use again.

Good

Good service but directions say enter at Dock Gate 4 which is a restricted area so couldn’t initially find you. Headed to the Cruise Terminal instead and passed the Short Stay a few times but couldn’t see the Parking4Cruises pop up stand. Would book again but please make the directions a little clearer.

Great service - really easy. Very close to luggage drop off atea and completely hassle free. They were waiting as arranged when dropping car off and car was ready and waiting on return. Would definitely use again

Amazing and fast service

What a pleasure to park with the parking4cruises, great communication, fast and efficient service both on departure and return, waiting for us when we disembarked at the earliest hour possible . Completely made our Holliday and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

Excellent service

A very pleasant guy met us at the short stay car park, explained in detail how it all works. On return met another pleasant guy who gave me the keys to our car. All in we were maybe 5 mins in total time with them. I would certainly reccomend this seamless service to any one who needs to park at Southampton cruise terminals.

My review

Booking on line was great and simple to use, meet and qreet was ok. More signage would be more helpful.
The sat nav took us to industrial area which was not good, now we know where it is that’s great.
The whole process was very good. I would use them again. So all and all every thing was good, doing another cruise in 26 we would use them again.
More signage a must. Check the sat nav address, might be better to put the cruise address and gate number for the dock

Great experience

Our first time parking with you but it won’t be the last. From dropping off our car to picking it up it was seamless. I phoned the day before we docked to see if our car could be on the docks by 7am and received a text on the morning of our arrival at 6.30 to say it was ready for us. Brilliant customer service.

Secure cruise parking at Southampton

Good competitively priced parking. Vehicle drop off is with a 200m of the ship. Hand over is quick and simple. The waiting attendants will inspect you vehicle and take conditional photos and log the mileage. Hand over the keys and it’s only a short walk to the embarkation terminal. Passengers and luggage can be dropped of at the terminal before entering the vehicle drop of location. Collection on return is just as easy as the drop off. Head straight from the disembarkation area back to the drop off location and you vehicle is all parked up ready to be collected. I have always used this company for Southampton cruise parking and never had any issues. Highly recommended. 👍

An excellent service for our cruise, dropped the cases off and drove to short term car park to meet the team, they explained exactly what will happen and were friendly and helpful. The car was ready by the time we left the ship and again very friendly and helpful staff met us .
