Excellent again

We have used parking4cruises twice now and will use next year. Seamless. Drop car at short stay car park and pick it up there on way home.
We got a text about 6am on disembarkation day to say car was ready and waiting. Staff friendly.

Everything went very well, excellent company, very polite and helpful employees.

Easy , stress free and reliable

Such a straight forward easy parking option . Text was received in the morning of cruise with clear instructions. No queues when arriving and very very close to the terminal. Super quick to get car dropped off . car was there waiting on day of return again with text letting us know . No queues again and we were straight off on our way home.

Highly recommend , have told family who are cruising later this year to book and I will always use this company in the future

Excellent Service

We cruise 3 to 4 times a year and always use Parking4Cruises as they are affordable, very reliable, friendly staff, great communication and car is always waiting whatever time we disembark from the ship. Fast efficient service before and after the cruise.

Used this option for our first cruise experience and their service was just as advertised. Simple drop-off and pick-up service close to the terminal areas. Would use again and recommend to others.

Left our car with these guys for the week whilst we were on a cruise to Norway, the whole process was very easy and straightforward. The guys there were very friendly and everything went smoothly, both the drop off and pickup (car was already waiting for us on our return, so perfect!)
All in all a very happy customer and would definitely use these guys again.

Staff are always polite, professional, friendly and efficient. Drop off location is a very short walk from the ship. Collection is quick and easy. Prices are very competitive. I would definitely recommend Parking4cruises.

Straightforward, efficient service.

Easy to drop vehicle in the short stay car park and it was ready from very early, in a clean condition on picking it up. I have used this company several times and have found them to be consistently reliable.

Very easy, directions were very good. Drove straight to the car park after dropping our luggage with P&O, met up with the parking crew, handed over the keys and walked back to the terminal (5 minutes). On our return I got a text around 8am to say my car would be ready when I disembarked. Very easy to find, collected keys and were on our way. No problems at all. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend Parking4cruises, great experience. Website easy to navigate, good communication prior and after arrival back at port (text messages sent so you're reassured someone is waiting for you). On arrival main queue was for CPS, we were able to bypass straight to Parking4cruises saving time (car park alongside ship). Staff professional and courteous. Thanks for helping to make our holiday run smoothly.

First time using this company. Very impressed with whole procedure, both when joining the cruise and after leaving the ship. Great communication by email & SMS. Pleasant and helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend to anyone needing parking for a cruise.

Very pleased with the price. On arrival at Southampton Docks the handover service was fast and efficient.
The return collection not so easy, as it was a Sunday no one available to answer any queries. When the returning text was sent to advise of our embarkation time it kept coming back "Sorry we couldn't find your booking, please try again". This happened several times and no other reply was forthcoming.
On our arrival at the car park we saw our car was available. The agent there was very helpful, and we were informed that it had been available since early that morning. If we had been aware of that we would have self-embarked early with no problems of long queues.
This apart we found the process relatively easy and good value.
We would certainly book with them again.

Always used CPS before but decided to try a change and was well pleased with how easy and efficient it was. Everything worked like clockwork and I would definitely use the service again. Thank you to all concerned.

A Great Service

I have used Parking4Cruises several times. An easy and reliable system and at fair costs. Always waiting only a few yards from the terminal. Drop off your car with them. They take photographs so no arguments later. Car Always available when you return I wouldn't use anyone else but sometimes cruise leaves Southampton but doesn't return there. That's not the fault of this service.
