Cruise Parking

We have previously used CPS for cruise parking but decided to go with parking4cruises this time. We chose this for their competitive prices.
P4C were much cheaper than their competitors. They were ready for us at the terminal to meet and greet on embarkation day and once again on disembarkation day. They were easy to contact with any queries and always helpful. The only difference between them and CPS is that they aren’t on the terminal they are literally across the road. However, there is a P4C employee directing you across to where they take the car to park. We left the ship at 0625 and were on the road for 0645 so a really smooth transition. We would use them again should we need parking.

Excellent service from start to finish. Super quick from drop off to being on ship 20mins. No sitting in a queue of cars.

Only one problem in that I paid for my car to be cleaned but was told this wouldn't be done so am waiting for a refund on that.

Otherwise fully recommend and definitely use again.

Brilliant

We have just used parking4cruises 4th to 18th August 2024
The whole process was simple and at a very good price, dropped cases off at terminal then drove across road where we were met, few minutes later we walked across road and boarded ship.
On return our cars were waiting for us, I accidentally smashed my rear window when closing it, their staff came over and helped clear glass ins and out, gave advice were to go for sheeting, they were brilliant, wouldn’t use anybody else

This is our 3rd time of using this service, it's a seemless service from drop off to pick up, you basically get a SMS prior to departure with another prior to docking, the luggage is simply
dropped off @ the terminal, drive 500 yards, drop the car off then walk back to the terminal.

Another plus point is, upon your return the car had been given a mini valet, totally unexpected but totally appreciated.

Smooth as clockwork

After several years of using Parkin4Cruises I was expecting everything to run like clockwork and I was not disappointed! Dropped the car off after leaving my wife and hand luggage at the ship and then walked the short distance back to boarding. The car was photographed and we agreed the pre-existing scratches and dents and signed the form. All over in a few minutes.

On return we took a leisurely walk to the car park where our car was waiting and looking bright and shiny from its bronze valet. This year we used a baggage handling company to ferry our larger bags to and from the port so we didn't have to lug anything heavy with us. (It's not a long way but we're getting older!) I was given plenty of time to check the car and we agreed that there was a mark which was probably dried-on polish; I rubbed it out as soon as I got home.

As we drove off, I thought back to the time we had used P&O parking. We had to search a crowded car park to find our own car, which was as mucky as the rest and then we queued for the privilege of having the worst of the dirt hosed off of the windscreen. I don't know if it's still like that but I wasn't taking the risk! Needless to say, I've booked Parking4cruises again for 2025.

Above and Beyond

As always parking and recovering my vehicle was a very smooth process. When I found I needed to leave the ship as early as possible due to a re-arranged medical appointment I sent a text to Parking4Cruises and they ensured my car was ready and waiting for me as soon as I left the ship.
