Very easy

Always concerned the cruise ship will return to another berth at Southampton but not with this company.
Storage of site wasn’t far away, so off the ship straight to the car and away before the traffic builds up.
The staff were great and informative, so would gladly use them again.

Perfect!

No problems at all. When I arrived at the Short Stay car park at the terminal, I was welcomed by Parking4Cruises and within a few minutes I was on my to check-in. The driver checked my car for scratches and mileage, took photos and - once I'd signed - took my keys and gave me a card to show on my return. Easy!

On the morning of my return (at 07.15!), I received a text to say my car was waiting for me in the Short Stay - and that was it. I put the cases in the boot and drove off. I'll definitely be using Parking4Cruises again.

Brilliant as always

I have used PFC several times and the levels of service have always been first class Easy to drop bags off at terminal and drive across the road to handover. Same on return, walk over , get the car and then drive over to get bags. Excellent communication and again coped seamlessly with coming back to a different terminal than the one we left from. It cannot be bettered

Competitively priced, great communication, and straight forward throughout. Car dropped off at Short Stay car park, just 100yards from port terminal. Mileage noted and Photos taken. Car stored within a short (<3miles) distance whilst away. Car ready and waiting at 0730 on our return. Great service A+++

excellent service

Parking4Cruises take the stress out of cruise parking. All we had to do was tell them which cruise we were on. They told us where to leave the car (right next to the cruise terminal) and were waiting for us when we arrived back. So easy. We'd certainly use them again.

Parking4cruises was recommended by a friend they had used them when they went on a cruise from Southampton. They sent a text on the morning of departure to reply to when 30 minutes away The drop off was so easy. On the morning of my return I received a text to say my car was ready to be picked up. This company made my holiday stress free at a very good price. I will certainly being using them again and I would recommend them to others that are looking to park at Southampton cruise port.

Brilliant Service

Was unsure whether to use this type of service or leave at a hotel / port. I must say I’m so pleased I opted for Parking for Cruises, from booking to dropping then collecting after the cruise it was simplicity. The staff at the port were helpful and customer focused and thank all for being so.
The cost savings using P4C outweighs a hotel and the trouble of being taxied In and out of the port. We’re definitely confirmed future customers.

first class service as always

Lost count of the number of times we have booked with parking 4cruises.Service is consistently excellent,This cruise we were met by Dan who swiftly had our suitcases in the car and we were on our way home.Brilliant

Friendly efficient staff. Good price. Only takes a couple of minutes to handover, mileage recorded, vehicle photographed. Only 3 minutes walk from the terminal

Everthing worked well from dropoff to pickup. Agent poited out a scuff on the nearside of the car, mileage noted, car cleaned when picked up .

Great service again

Have used this company quite a few times. Never a problem and car is always collected and delivered on time. For the first time however the welcome back text saying car was ready actually came after we had got home! Probably a telephone network issue. Not a problem as we could see our car in the short stay car park from our cabin on the ship!

Cruise Parking

P&O cruise from Southampton.
Excellent from start to finish and half the price of the P&O car park. So easy to use, quick and efficient service. Just drop passenger and bags at drop off point right outside terminal. Dive car to short stay car park opposite and leave car with rep, 100yards walk back to terminal. Only takes a few mins.

Could not fault - so easy

Its the first time we've used this service and was really impressed how easy it was. Just followed this signs to short stay where a very friendly man met us, checked the car over and waved us off on the 2 minute walk to the cruise terminal.
On return, whilst the ship was docking we say our car returning to the car park, again a 2minute walk, got the keys, checked the car and away we went
For us, it was cheaper than parking off site and getting bussed in

Great Service

Easy process, managed to skip the very long queue for another parking company, drove straight to the short stay car park, handed keys over after a check of vehicle and then checked in fir our cruise. Just as quick and easy on our return. The berth had changed but no problems and our car was waiting for us.

Will deginitely use again. Parking rates were very competitive and service was excellent.
