Used P4C for the first time recently as CPS was so expensive. Everything was very straightforward. I received a text on the morning of departure requesting a response when we were 30 minutes away from the port. Dropped luggage off as requested then drove to the short stay car park opposite. You need to look for the P4C flag once in the car park as there are several parking companies that use it. Handed keys over to a pleasant member of staff who took photos of the car and recorded the mileage. We then walked back over to the terminal with our hand luggage. So easy! On return, we docked at a different terminal and received a text at 8am advising our car was ready for pick up. We disembarked and walked across the main car park to the short stay where our vehicle was handed back over to us by another friendly member of staff. Checked the mileage and we were pleased to note that it had only increased by 6 miles as you hear so many horror stories regarding off site parking. Would definitely recommend P4C as a cheaper alternative to CPS/ABP and have booked with them again for our next cruise.

Cruise parking 24/03/2025 to 05/04/2925

It was a seamless drop off at Southampton, dropped case at terminal then drove 400 yards to car drop area, arrived at predicted time and was sorted out within a couple of minutes. The original plan was to return to the same Bert but this changed parking4cruises were already aware of the berth change and on our return the car was at the new terminal area only a few minutes walk from the ship, I had my keys returned and was away within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous.
Would definitely use them again and substantially cheaper than other parking services

Perfect!

We always use and recommend P4C. Always friendly, helpful and often cheaper than other options. Have used them for years and they are the first choice. So near the ship too - no problems with courtesy buses etc. Thoroughly recommend.

Best of the Best

What can we say,maybe used Parking4cruises over 25 times,superlative service,I wouldn't entertain going to another company.

Simple efficient process

This was a simple process. We unloaded our luggage on to trolley at drop off point. I then drove a few hundred yards to where we were greeted by staff. Within a few minutes we did the admin and I strolled a hundred yards or so back to drop off point.
Return was also simple only this time we used the trolley to take our luggage directly to the car.
All instruction were exactly as described with text messages sent as promised.

Parking4cruises First Class.

Just got back to Southampton on IONA (Tuesday 1st April 25. )Once again first class service given by the staff.They always go that extra mile to help you.I have been using parking4cruises for the past 10 years and the staff have always been polite and helpful.Can certainly recommend them.If you are sailing from Southampton give them a go and book them,you will not be disappointed,and their prices are very good.Thank you for the wonderful service once again.Jeff Rumbelow.

Excellent Parking Package

This was the third company I approached after booking a last minute cruise. They were extremely professional and light hearted in conversation with us. I was apprehensive with leaving the Tesla with them due to no key being necessary and a PIN code to ‘start’ the car. But I was full of confidence from my conversations and happily left the car with them. Overall the service was outstanding and I will definitely use them again.

Cruise parking

I found parking 4 cruises very simple to use. They contacted you before your cruise and reminded you of what will happen on the day. Which was so simple you arrive at the cruise terminal drop off your luggage then drive to the drop off point about 50 yards away. They check the car over take photos of it and the mileage.
At the end of your cruise you'll be sent a message to say your car is waiting for you. Just go to the same point you dropped off. It's that simple.
I was very impressed and will use them again on my future cruises

Brilliant

We dropped the car off at the parking location, as we were flying out from Gatwick, but sailing back into Southampton. We met at the arranged time, and was even taken Into Southampton shopping centre. As always fantastic service, so easy to pick the car back up at the short stay car park at Ocean Terminal. 3 more parking slots with them for future cruises.

Cannot fault this service

Booked for cruise from Southampton. Drop off and pick up of car was efficient, friendly and so convenient for the port.
I was absolutely recommend this service and, should I go on cruise again, would definitely rebook.

5 STAR Service - Once Again

We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for two back-to-back cruises onboard P&O's Iona - the third time we've had the pleasure of parking with them this year.
Timely communications ahead of arrival, as ever, and a warm and professional greeting at the Ocean Terminal on the day of embarkation.
The usual timely SMS message told us that the car was ready on our return and we were soon on our way home.
Once again, an unreserved recommendation from us for Parking4Cruises and we will be calling upon their excellent and friendly parking services before too long (we hope!).

Nine out of ten.

After our great cruise on Aurora our birth was changed to the QE11 terminal so I gave Parking for cruises a bell several times to no avail , so we thought we would follow the signage " there was none " , eventually after asking about four different men the last one told me they could be over there? But where was over there,I found over there after about thirty minutes searching ,not very efficient I must say.
