Top notch experience again

This is the second time we've used Parking4Cruises, and once gain I can't think of anything which could make the experience more straightforward or better. It's a simple-to-use booking system, straightforward to find them on site, polite and professional interactions, peace-of-mind with the treatment of the vehicle by taking all-round photos of its condition when you leave it, and on-time return.

Have used parking4cruises a number of times,easy drop off and pick up. Friendly staff and you are always kept well in touch. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Good service

Second time we've used this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Just one suggestion- if possible use a trolley for your cases on returning to pick up your car. From the ship to the short stay car park is only a short walk but there are a couple of small rough paving spots over which to push your case. My wife, who doesn't walk brilliantly, had a slight issue - use a luggage if you can!

I had to cancel in 2024 due to ill health and they kindly moved the booking to 2025, from the moment I arrived I knew my car was in good hands, The person that booked me in was efficient and polite. When I arrived back to the car two weeks later the same person attended to me, car was there ready and I was even helped with my luggage …. Fantastic service thank you.

From booking onwards everything was slick.
Good communication, competitive price, easily arranged, and well organised at delivery and collection.
In particular, our cruise left from and arrived back at different terminals - but the car was ready and waiting for us on return.

Used Parking for cruises at the Horizon terminal, Southampton. Great communication, clear instructions and very easy to use. Friendly staff explained everything on arrival and car was waiting for us on our return. Very short walk from the terminal to the car park on flat surface. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Can't fault this service. Parked the car right opposite the terminal. Dropped cases of, into check in. On to the ship. Much easier then at a airport.
On return. Our car was waiting for us right opposite again.

After a bit of a nightmare arriving late at the cruise terminal the guy from Parking 4 Cruises went above and beyond to be helpful. Collecting the car at the end of the cruise was a breeze too, all in all a great service

Excellent service

Definitely will use this company again. It was so easy on the day of the cruise. Friendly meet and greet guy on short stay car park. Explained everything, took pics of mileage and car and explained how many miles to their compound and back which would be on our mileage on return and he was spot on. Got off the ship at end, short walk across with cases and car waiting. Was off and on our journey within 10mins of leaving ship. Excellent value and service. Thank you.
