Works the best

Have now used this service 4 times and each time was excellent. Walk to terminals as near as other official parks and car always returned in same condition. Never had to wait for handover and car always ready on return. Very small extra mileage on clock.

Almost perfec

I have been using P4C ever since Matthew started with his folding bicycle and must be one of your oldest and most loyal customers. Delivery service at the Ocean terminal on 22 May was excellent and I was asked to leave my wife's Blue Badge for the vehicle return to City terminal on 5 May. Unfortunately, on our return, both vehicle and greeting point were in the furthest cprt of the car park - not helpful for those with mobility issues, and not up to usual standard, reducing your rating from 5 to 4 stars!

Consistently efficient

I have used this company five times and they have never put a foot wrong. A competitive price for a consistently excellent service. Drop off your luggage and other passengers and then hand over the car to a Parking4Cruises rep in the short term car park; a very short walk from whichever terminal allocated to your cruise.

Great service again (this time from Mayflower Terminal) very friendly and efficient - no hesitation in recommending. 1 minute stroll over to check in after leaving car. Roll on September...

parking 14th - 28th May 2016

Excellent and hassle free service. On arrival at port parking directly opposite and efficient polite staff enabled us to be parked and on the ship within 20 minutes. On return to port similar time to retrieve vehicle and head for home.

Exceptional Service

Parking 4 Cruises really were exceptional when I recently used their services. Edward went above and beyond following an accident I had on my drive down to Southampton to keep me informed of what was happening whilst I was away ( not easy without consistent phone reception ) I can't thank them enough, all this and great value for money parking service, efficient and professional - would definitely recommend

Brilliant

1st Timer.

This was the first time we had done this, August 15th to 29th 2015. We have 2 more Cruises booked and will be using this great service again. This year and next. One of us is blind so they were very helpful with off loading no rush they just helped.

Southampton 2016

This is the second time we have used your company and we have found the service is nothing short of excellent in every way.

Good for cruise parking but admin very bad

The actual cruise parking and collection is great. Have used many times. The only problem is Hayley Thomas in admin. She did not answer telephone, answer emails. The couple we were going with (April 2016) also tried to make contact many times but had no luck either. We were on the verge of going somewhere else when she eventually answered the telephone. Also our discount code did not work on line. However, we will still continue to use Parking for cruises.

Outstanding Service

The service offered by Parking4Cruises is superb from dropping my car off to finally collecting it, after a stay in hospital, they were courteous and efficient as well as sympathetic to my predicament. It is refreshing to find a service that will go above and beyond for their customers.
