Great service

I used Parking4cruises for the First time two weeks ago and have found the service excellent. Someone to meet you upon arrival at the short stay carpark after dropping off the luggage.we sailed from Ocean Cruise Terminal:and came back to City Cruise Terminal. Again someone to meet you at the short stay carpark with the car upon your return. A very efficient service as far as I am concerned and would have no hesitation in using them again.According to their website your vehicle is taken to a secure site whilst you are away .

4th time best

Best service at the 4th visit at Southampton at various docks.Of-load cases in the terminal,drive across road,into car park,click,click with camera,hand over key,2 weeks later pick-up key and drive.What bother?None

Have used this company before, staff are friendly and there has never been a problem either dropping off or picking up, will use again.

Cannot recommend service highly enough. Parked within walking distance of ship and met by extremely cheerful staff. Car waiting for us when we disembarked. Staff even lifted our cases in the car for us.

FANTSTIC

We used these guys for a recent cruise with Princess, have to say how well organized they are, took less than 10 minutes from driving in to gate 4 to being in the cruise terminal, all the lads were friendly and helpful and explained everything they were doing, even informing us we would dock at another berth on return. On return, again well organized and were shown to our parked car in less than 5 minutes. Well done PARKING4CRUISES. Highly recommended

Good service, friendly staff

First time users & cruisers...not as 'quick' as I'd imagined...it was busy when we were dropping off so had to wait around for a bit...friendly efficient staff, good to deal with. Ended up hauling our bags from ship to car park...admittedly not a great distance, but longer than I would have liked when hauling our bags...I guess I dreamt that someone would just meet us outside with our car & we would load our bags in!! Anyway, it was good & we were away within 15 minutes of leaving terminal with a 'spotless' sparkling car!

Excellent service.

We used them two years ago and have just booked with them again. A very courteous lady met us and was very helpful; just 2 minutes walk to the ship, where our cases were taken from us. Excellent discounted price of only £60for 2 weeks too. We would highly recommend them.
