Excellent service

I booked the valet option as my husband is a disabled driver and I don't drive. The service on the day was friendly and efficient. They checked over the car with us and then dropped us back down at the door to the terminal. On return I walked over to the short stay and they drove the car back to my husband. No issues with cars appearance or mileage. Professional well priced service that we will definitely use again.

Southampton cruise parking

Parking went very smoothly at both ends of our journey.

First Class

Used this company for the first time after my original booking with another company had failed to materialise. The process was quick and easy with no problems whatsoever. They are situated a very short walk from the terminal and we dropped our baggage off first at the terminal then drove literally to the other side of the road to drop off the car. The drop off point was easy to find and the process was efficient and professional. On return from holiday the car was waiting for us at the same point as drop off. The staff were friendly, efficient and made the whole experience stress free.

We have used parking4cruises for our last 7 cruises.
Experience has proved that we can go away & enjoy our holiday in the knowledge that our car is going to be well taken care of.
Their meet & greet service is faultless.
Staff are always polite courteous & very professional.
Drop off & collection is so easy, all within a few yards from the cruise terminal building with little or no waiting.
I have needed to contact them by phone on one occasion although I normally do everything online. They are very easy to contact & are prompt in responding to any problems.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Problem Free Parking

Wow, after wondering and wondering about 'meet & greet' parking at Southampton Port, and reading some worrying reviews, we took the plunge with Parking 4 Cruises. IT WAS EXCELLENT !! Easy arrival & meeting at Port and even easier departure after cruise. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly use again when required.

First time we have used this and it was excellent. The only draw back was it was quite a walk with cases to the short term car park on returning, but would definitely use again.
