First time we have used this service but will always use them again going forward. Process was very straight forward and unlike CPS no queue of cars waiting in front of you, drop off took less than 3 minutes and collection the same, very smooth service, would definitely recommend

Excellent arrangement. Dropped off luggage at Ship, drove along to short stay and staff took the keys. Car ready to be picked up on return. Short stay car park could be better sign posted.

Have used Parking4Cruises on over 8 occasions.The staff have always been friendly and efficient and I intend to use their services whenever sailing from Southampton. You only have to leave and collect your car from the local "short term" parking, which is only a couple of hundred yards away from the cruise terminal and the cost is reasonable.

Parking

Have used parking4cruises many times and they have never let us down, we left and arrived back at Southampton at different gates and our car was there ready and waiting on our return, excellent service, and always service with a smile, will continue to use this service.

3rd time I have used the parking,highly satisfied with the smooth and curteous service received.Will use again.

This is the 5th time I have used this company which is a recommendation in itself. The service is efficient, cost effective and operated by polite and friendly staff. Even when our return cruise was berthed at a different dock the car was waiting for me.

Amazing

These guys were amazing! Took the car from us explained he process and told us the car would be ready for us when we got back. we spent two weeks enjoying our holiday not worrying about the car at all. On returning our car was there well looked after! Such an easy process and friendly service! Thank you so much guys! We will be using your service again x

Great Service Yet Again

We now use Parking4Cruises all the time when parking at Southampton.

Todate we have had no issues and have used them a good few times now.
If you have not used them so far, give them a go; check out their cost compared to the parking company promoted by many of the cruise lines. We have been so pleased with the service we have had so far, that, even if we had a issue in the future we would certainly give them a second chance.

Good service

Dropped my husband off st the terminal and went to short stay car park to leave the car. Short stay quite a walk away from terminal but that is ok if it is fine, as it was that day. The lady who met me photographed the car all around, including the mileage and I signed for it. When we returned I was a bit worried about the weather but it stayed dry for me to collect the car and after a quick look around, signed for the car and the keys were handed over. Efficient service but you would get wet if it was a bad day. Port parking might be nearer but it was full when we booked our cruise. Would use this service again.

First time user

I found this company during an internet search when all other parking options at the dock were full and I wanted somewhere close by the cruise terminal to park my vehicle. What an absolute first class service they provide. Drive to the car park where your mileage is confirmed and your car photographed. Leave your keys and that is it. The car is taken to a secure compound dockside and on the morning of your arrival back in Southampton your vehicle is back where you need it to be, with your keys passed safely back to you by one of the many staff members. I have no hesitation in either using them again myself, or indeed recommending them to others.

Cruise Parking

Returned 30th September.I don't usual leave reviews, always too busy but on this occasion I wanted to save all the people time, who like me where having a tough time deciding where to park their car. Our usual company had increased their prices over night so I decided to risk trying Parking4curises after spending ages going through the many options. I am so pleased we did. The customer services was spot on, so relaxed and helpful. Car was visible from the ship as we docked, we walked straight off the ship too our car collected the keys checked it over and we were on our way. I would highly recommended this company and will be using them again even if we hadn't received a 5% reduction on future parking but this is a nice bonus.
