Great cruise parking
We always use parking Cruises when we are cruising from Southampton it is much better and cheaper than CPS. Easy drop off and the staff very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them.

Excellent service, a representative was there to meet me at Southampton when I was dropping my car off. On my return there was no need to phone them, I received a text to say a representative was waiting for me with my car. Stress free, hassle free service and excellent value for money. Will definitely use again when going on future cruises.

Excellent best parking for cruise company we have used close to port everything is explained very good customer service from the staff in the car park.When you input the dates and select the ship this site differs from others as you can arrive anytime on the day as long as you text when within half hour from the car park.We found this useful as 2 junctions on the motorway were closed on our way to Southampton and we arrived much later than anticipated.

Brilliant
Quite simply the best Meet & Greet we have used. Excellent use of available communications to give simple and clear instructions. The single small downside is spotting the rep in the car park. We appreciate this is forced by the car park owners, but perhaps moving from a dark purple banner to something fluorescent and easily recognisable would crack the problem. Great stuff.

Wonderful service
It was my first time with parking4cruises so t was a bit apprehensive but all went as planned. I was met by a lovely man who explained everything as we would be disembarking at a different dock. On return my car was ready waiting for me. I found it was so easy and have recommended the parking to others on the cruise

They give you precise information of where to go and how to get there, have staff waiting for pick up the car and inform you when you return where your car is parked and when. First Class.

On an horrendous journey to Southampton recently due to accidents on the A34 and junction closures on the M 27 we were very grateful to receive a text from Parking 4 cruises giving us a phone number to call should we have any problems completing our journey. As on previous trips we had excellent service from your company and our car was waiting for us at the port ready to complete our homeward journey. Have recommended you to fellow travellers.

We used Parking4cruises for the first time recently. Online booking was quick and easy. Communication by email and texts were perfect in advising us of the process.
On arrival at the terminal after a couple of minutes admin I left the car and was on my way to board the ship.
On returning an early text advising that the car was in the car park.
Certainly a service we will use again. Well done.

Better Than CPS
Great service from start to finish. £50 cheaper than CPS and no queue to wait to take your car. There was a line with over 40 cars waiting to drop off with CPS, no line with Parking4Cruises meant we could be on board much quicker.

Excellent service competitively priced. P&O cruise from Southampton unload luggage at cruise terminal then drive car about 100 yards to car park to be received by parking4cruises personnel. On return we exited ship with our own luggage into terminal where the wife waited with it while I walked the 100 yards to pick up my car and then came back to collect the luggage and the wife.
