Good as ever

We were sailing in/out of QE(2) Terminal, not the best, due to works at Ocean for even bigger ships! Bit longer walk to/from terminal to car, but not Parking4cruises fault.

Got off the ship at 9.10am and we were motoring out of Southampton by 9.30am.

But service as good as ever.

Will be re-booking for three more cruises this year.

First time using this company, but will use again on my next trip in May.
Cheaper than my normal parking user and just as easy.
Staff excellent friendly and helpful.
The meeting point was a little further from the ship than l hoped but really no problem.
Would recommend to anyone cruising from Southampton.

We have never used Parking4Cruises before but from booking to collecting everything went very smoothly and would not hesitate to use them again on future cruises. Price very competative.

Great service

Always use this company, very efficient company to deal with. They waited with good grace whilst we tried to track down a missing suitcase. This is the go to company at Southampton.

December 2018 Christmas markets cruise parking

Having used parking4cruises before, from the initial telephone contact to book, the usual friendly and professional service was evident throughout.

Parking4cruises is by far the easiest way to park your car at Southampton, easy drop off and collection from the short stay car park, totally hassle free!!

No worries about the vehicle, mileage and a photo record taken at drop off, only 7 miles additional when collected.

Will definitely use parking4cruises again!

Excellent service, very convenient, speedy drop off and collection. More so than the cruise lines service, which gets very congested on arrival and collection.

A very quick, polite and helpful meet and greet. Excellent value for money. Welcome back just as efficient. A bigger flag or sign to locate the pick up area would have made thr complete service truly swish and hassle free. We will certainly use again

Parking Southampton docks

Good experience and hassle free parking at the docks they do everything right , take pics of car and clock the mileage,good communication drop of and pick up. Done this a few times and well satisfied. Would certainly recommend.

We have used Parking 4 Cruises several times, it is an excellent option and we will use it again.
This last time, 13 Dec the reception was not as cheery as we have had previously. An offer to help with loading the bags would be appreciated.

Fast service

Regularly use this service and it has always been excellent. On this occasion I noticed a large queue of cars waiting with the main competitor (not the first time), I reckon I had checked in my car and returned to the terminal in the time that the other cars had been sat in that queue.

Tried Parking4Cruises following a recommendation, and all worked perfectly well. Text received before leaving home, paperwork processed quickly on arrival at the Southampton short term car park which was a few minutes walk from the City Cruise terminal, and the car was waiting there on our return.
Will definitely use Parking4Cruises again.
