Great service from dropping off to collection

Hassle free service from booking onwards. Texts arrived promptly with clear instructions, and hand over and collection went smoothly and professionally.

1st timer, very satisfied.

This is the 1st time I've used Parking4cruises. Having checked out their reviews they seemed to be the go to company at the port of Southampton. From the moment we set off and received our prearranged text message right upto our return into Southampton everything ran like clockwork. A first class service which I will no doubt use again. It was easy and hassle free with helpful trustworthy staff.

Excellent service

Have used P4C several times and have received excellent service each time. During our cruise last week we were informed we would disembark at a different quay . This was a worry for some passengers, but I noticed from the leaflet given to me when dropping off the vehicle that P4C knew of this and I didn’t need to take any action. On our return the car was available early and had been washed. Excellent service. I’ve already booked for our next cruise in September.

We have used parking 4 cruises several times over the years excellent service .we always look four the blue flag in the car park .on our return to port on the Britannia they texed me to say my car was waiting four us this was 6 20'in the morning and I was in my car at 7 45 on our way back up north.we only use this parking firm .

Once again used Parking4cruises,Britannia was late coming in and we were told in no uncertain terms to drive our car and join the queue for cps parking,which could be up to 1 hour,so i showed them my"Parking4cruises"leaflet and i was ushered through to unload my car,drop the car at the collection point in the car park,then get onboard leaving queues of frustrated holiday makers,well done Parking4cruises

Excellent service

We used P4C for our first ever cruise from Southampton so had no idea of what to expect. The whole process was excellent from booking to collecting the car. On both departure and return our experience was easy and seemed less hectic than the CPS operation which takes place right outside the terminal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Absolutely brilliant - pleasant, welcoming staff shame they do not do airport parking

I watched the young lady drive my car to the "holding area" no silly speeds - reception team first class OK we all know they are parked in a field for 2 weeks but the car came back cleaner then I left it and I did not pay for the wash (think they had problems with sea gulls).

Excellent service once again. We were returning to a different port in Southampton but that was no problem, car was waiting for us. Used this company for the past 5+ years and never had any problems.

Our main car broke down the day before we were due to leave this time and they allowed us to swap our booking to another car with absolutely no fuss or admin charge - very unusual today and very welcome.

Excellent service again

This is the second time that we have used Parking4Cruises, once again we have excellent service, everything was so sleek and well organised. We were several hours late arriving back in port at the end of our cruise due to a delay with our ship. The staff were waiting for us with our car and were so pleasant and cheerful, giving us advice on how to avoid the traffic chaos in Southampton. We will be using this company again.

We have used Parking4Cruises at Southampton for the past 4 years. They have always given us an excellent service. They are there when you arrive, check your car, show you the information they have taken and then its onto your cruise. When you get back they message you to let you know your car is ready, you disembark and your car is a short walk away. So efficient, so polite and really, really helpful.
