Excellent Service
I am a regular user of Parking4Cruises. Booking on-line is easy. Communication from the company is excellent both by email and mobile text. Staff at Southampton port are courteous, friendly and efficient. On return from a cruise last week they asked which way I was going and advised me of a road closure enabling me to avoid a long delay and use an alternative route.

Leaving car with them for the third time says it all. An added extra was when we went to collect the car the gentleman attending warned us about the closure of the M3 and gave us an alternative which we took and had a completely free run with very little hold ups.

I have used P4C on multiple occasions and have always found them to be very professional and courteous. Easy to find, once you know they will be in the far corner of the Short Stay car park. The inspection of the car and photo's taken are always done cheerfully and quickly. The extra mileage is explained and the keys handed over and exchanged with the P4C receipt.
Another inspection when one returns and then load your car and away. So Simple!
The only downside I found at Southampton Ocean Terminal on this occasion, had nothing to do with P4C but left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth. When we arrived to drop off the car, the heavens had opened and we were told to use lane 3 to unload. Lanes 1 & 2 are undercover while lane 3 is not. Lane 1 was used for coaches while lane 2 could only be used by another parking company who seemed to be the ones directing traffic and keeping their customers in the dry. Thank you Southampton Docks for allowing my guests, my disabled wife and her wheelchair together with me and the luggage to get soaked before we could get over to the shelter of the "island" between lanes 2 & 1.

This year was the third time we have used parking4cruises it’s easy to book on line. All the instructions are straight forward and when we got there it was so easy , 200yards from the terminal easy walking distance. The hand over was so easy and the pick up was just the same . Thank you

This is the third time we have used this company and once again we were very pleased with the service we got. The staff who met us were very polite and helpful and the procedure was very straight forward. The car was photographed and minor blemishes noted. We were informed that as our ship was returning to a different terminal we would collect the car from a different car park and this was pointed out to us. On our return the car was exactly where we were told it would be and again the staff member we saw was very helpful and polite. We were on our way in less than fifteen minutes. We would certainly use Parking4Cruises again.
