Superb Service

Excellent service as usual. Drop off and collection all went very smoothly, would definitely recommend this company, we use them every time we cruise from Southampton.

I think I gave the guys the run around the day I left my car. I had a few issues with the cases being dropped off, told to move on, got a tad lost, but, these lovely chaps saw me. Trouble was, I kept moving as they were coming to rescue me . Eventually we got it sorted and the handing over my car was eventually done. A few pictures and walk round and I was on my way. They were lovely, we all laughed about the incident!

On my return, not quite as funny. Got to my car. The lady was nice but a bit short n sharp barking questions about my car. She may just have had an off day.

All in all a nice smooth service. Will use again for sure next year.

Used them in July embarked from Ocean terminal, and disembarked from mayflower all work well , going to use them again in November definitely 5 star

We had never used Parking4Cruises before when booking online for our 12 day Southampton cruise and so had our fingers crossed. No need to worry because the service we received, at an affordable price, was first class in all respects. Easy to use with appropriate communication arrangements, efficient systems - punctual, friendly and capable staff. We cannot speak too highly of the total package and would use again.

I was disappointed that you did not do meet and greet, where my vehicle is checked and driven away to the holding car park area, however this does not mean that I wont use you again but must be more pacific in my instruction to you next time round.

Excellent Service, staff always helpful and courteous no reason to use anybody else and with the added bonus that the drop off point is less than 300 yds from Ship.

Excellent service provided by p4c. Answered phone quickly when ship arrival was delayed. Photos taken of car on arrival by friendly and helpful staff. And car ready to be driven away on disembarkation from ship.
