Great experiance
This was my first time using your company and I could not be more satisfied the staff that greeted us were very polite and helpful I am in a wheelchair and the park was quite a walk so one of the staff run me and my wife back to the terminal I will be recommending your service to all my friends the service on our return was just the same faultless service

Excellent
We have used this service several times and have always found it to be efficient and well organized. We have always been met as we arrived and watched as our car has been carefully checked and the mileage recorded. On our return the car has always been waiting for us and I shall be using ‘Parking 4 Cruises again on our next trip.

Was a bit apprhensive of using Parking4cruises not having used them before but they were great prompt and very polite and helpful. Took pictures of the car an the mileage and when it was returned there were only 5 miles added. One little thing was that when I replied to the text when we returned it sent an automated text back saying we have no record of your booking, but when we called them they said they were waiting in the short stay car park just outside the terminal. Will be using them again next year especially with the 5% discount

We have used p4c at least 4 times now and each time it’s excellent service only slight problem this time was with the confirmation text message it just refused to send but on arrival we were expected and the hand over was as smooth as ever as was collection and it’s never a problem if sailing in and out of different terminals so save your P&O on board credit and use P4C it’s easy and good value for money JP

Excellent service with efficient service.
One point I will make is that you could make yourselves visibly clearer to see in the car park near the Mayflower dock. I looked around and only saw one person who I asked to help me. He kindly pointed me on the right direction but it was not plainly clear to see where the Parking4Cruises rep was! Other than that, everything was really good.

Have used the service 3 times now. Very simple and straight forward. Drop your bags off, go to the short term car park for the appropriate cruise terminal and drop the car off with the Cruises4Parking staff. Go to the short term car park on return and collect your car. Short walk to the short term car park required, but no getting into and out of shuttle buses.
Will be using the service again in September.

Our parking experience couldn't have gone smoother. Dropping the car off and collecting it ran seamlessly. We changed our car between making our booking and taking our holiday. Changing these details also went very smoothly.

I think I gave the guys the run around the day I left my car. I had a few issues with the cases being dropped off, told to move on, got a tad lost, but, these lovely chaps saw me. Trouble was, I kept moving as they were coming to rescue me . Eventually we got it sorted and the handing over my car was eventually done. A few pictures and walk round and I was on my way. They were lovely, we all laughed about the incident!
On my return, not quite as funny. Got to my car. The lady was nice but a bit short n sharp barking questions about my car. She may just have had an off day.
All in all a nice smooth service. Will use again for sure next year.

Hi the text that you get on return is to say the your car is in the short stay car park , you do not have to text back to that just leave the ship when ever you are ready and head to the short stay car park
