Baltic Cruise 2018

We have left our cars with Parking 4 Cruises on many occasions when we have gone on holiday, and would not want to leave them with anyone else! Thoroughly friendly and efficient service - ready to meet you when you arrive, and ready with your car when you disembark (even at the earliest of hours). Superb, I totally recommend!

As good as expected

We have used Parking4Cruises several times now because on each occasion the process has been simple, quick and easy both to drop off and pick-up.
On a previous occasion they "went the extra mile" by bringing to the ship glasses and a 'phone which had been left by a member of our party in the back of the car and this was also done quickly and efficiently.
This time we returned to a different terminal to that from which we departed and it would have been useful if the text welcoming us back had contained an indication e.g. back of the short term car park, of where to collect the car BUT the normal flag was there and this was the obvious place for those who had used P4C before - a very minor point on the usual excellent (and cheap) service.

Second To None

It’s the first time I have sailed from Southampton so I booked parking with some trepidation. My concerns were unfounded ‘Parking4cruises’ were brilliant, it couldn’t have been easier, drop off at the short ten car park 100 yards from the terminal. Car waiting for us on our return. Great value for money, convenient, efficient, friendly and totally stress free .... extremely happy with the service and extremely impressed with the simplicity ... we shall use them again .

Having used parking4cruises 5 times now their service seems to get more efficient each time. Well done. Maybe there should be a slightly better discount (10%) for loyal repeat customers?

Excellent service from P4C as usual on two recent occasions. As requested, I notified my pending arrival on the second occasion but was held up by traffic and arrived 30 mins later than expected. This was not a problem for the person meeting me and, having unloaded the cases at the terminal, crossed the road to the short term car park, handed over the keys and with the car having been photographed all round was off to sea. On each occasion the return terminal was different from departure but the car was ready for our disembarkation.

Having now used P$C for many years, I have no hesitation in recommending them as being superior (and cheaper) than the cruise recommended service (which I used once only).

We've used this firm quite a few times and it never changes. With a cheerful greeting they quickly note down the essentials i.e. mileage and take photos all round the car. On return the car seems to be in the same place, on time and ready to go. the team are very friendly and can be a source of information.

Great parking great price

Easy to book on website at a great price - much less than the nearest competitor. Good communication and instructions provided on the day of drop off and pick up. Friendly and helpful staff at the port were a pleasure to deal with.

I would have given 5 stars if the signage at the dock gate was clearer as we had to ask several people where to go to drop the car, and the same on pick up as the flag in the short stay car park wasn’t easy to see.

However now we know the ‘drill’ I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for the price, service and convenience. Thank you!

Easy and professional parking service

The ease and professional service made parking my car a much easier effort.
The close proximity to the cruise terminal is a real bonus . I drop the luggage and wife at the terminal drove 15 seconds down the road to the parking area. I was greeted very politely and an assessment of my car was taken, a few pictures and the a courtesy lift back to the terminal and wife. Coming back was just a short walk to the car park where my car was waiting. A quick signature then back to collect my luggage and wife.

Ace Service

Like most people chose because of the competitive pricing on a 12 night cruise . From start to finish everything was as smooth as silk , and would recommend to all.

VERY EFFICIENT

Have used several times. The phone confirmation for leaving car and picking it up were efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our only minor issue is that the 300 meters from dock to short stay car park seemed a long way pushing a large trolley filled with luggage!

Excellent as usual

parked car with parking4cruises and the service was excellent. From the easy booking right through to the communication on the morning of the cruise. Someone was waiting for car when we arrived, it was checked and photographed and mileage taken. Explained to us that there would be no more than 6 miles extra on clock on return of car.
On the morning of our return, we received a text to say car was waiting at car park. We disembarked the ship about 7.10am and having checked the car was ok, we were on the road by 7.30.
Well done parking4cruises, we will always recommend your service.
