My first time using parking4, could not fault, a complete relief after the cruise from hell to be able to drive ourselves home instead of having to go by coach with people I’d rather not see again this side of the next ice age!!
Brilliant P4

Smooth operation

We have used P4C several times and will continue to do so as they are - Near to the terminal, always on time and undercut the official parking. The official parking can sometimes get very busy and cause delays whereas P4C is always quick. Nice people too.

Fast service

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this service but I have to say it was a very smooth easy transaction!
Messaged to say half an hour away and was guided to the area to drop off then drove car to the collection zone, photos of car taken, keys handed over, signed form then off to our cruise.
On our return we debarked early at 6:50am and our car was there all ready to go. Brilliant service.

Outstanding, once again.

Recently used Parking4Cruises for the fifth time and the service is faultless Our car came back with an additional 5 miles on the clock, so clearly NOT raced around the country like you read about the airport parking companies.
In addition the staff are very professional, polite and courteous.
Will use Parking4Cruises again, and again.

Best parking

Whilst this was the best meet and greet ever in 50 years of airports/ports and anyone travelling from Southampton should use it; we won't be because at our great age we need to avoid spending 2 cold days cruising the Bay of Biscay before we get to some sun. Hence we will fly and regret the awfulness of most airports.

We have used Parking4Cruises on a number of occasions and their service has been excellent. Greeted by courteous and friendly people. Car always ready for pick-up.

We always use Parking4Cruises when sailing from Southampton and have recommended them to friends. We returned on 18th October 2019, the service was excellent as usual.

24 night cruise

Great service, both dropping off and picking up. The only grumble is I booked a wash down prior to pick up and this wasn't done. That's the second time this has happened , the first being last November. This was after I'd mentioned it to the drop off person and it was noted when booking the car in.

Efficient service

Was really easy to book. We did two cruises back to back and that was no problem for them. Great service from beginning to end with texts to tell you the car is ready and straight forward booking in process.

Second time we have used Parking4Cruises and very pleased with their service. I would agree with an early review that where to find the cars is hard to find. I suggest they have signage much closer to the exit in the terminal. Also we were advised that there was no need to check if our car was ready to be picked up as a text message would be sent to us when it was available. In the event, we had collected the car and had driven 30 miles of our onward journey to home before the text was received. Despite these small irritations, I've still given 4 as I am sure P4C will sort these matters quickly.

Just a step away

Delighted with the service received, contact made just as explained and car exactly where we expected it to be. The parking is really close to the cruise terminal and our car was ready.

Having used parking4 cruises for a long time now and have found the staff pleasant and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. Will be using you again in February.

Above & Beyond

Fantastic service. Between initial booking and turning up on the day I changed to a personalised registration and forgot to notify Parking4Cruises of the change (silly me!) The whole situation was dealt with with the minimum of fuss. Great all round service.
