SUPER CONVENIENT

Dropped our bags off at the cruise terminal; a short 2 minutes drive to the Parking4Cruise representative in the short term car park; car video and mileage taken and a short 5 mins walk back to the terminal to begin our cruise.
Super, friendly and convenient service - will use again.

Brilliant service

So easy to use. They give you the sat nav postcode, you can see the entrance to the ship from the car park as it’s that close. It takes a free minutes to check the car in then you’re off. To collect, they are back in the car park as you disembark and a feed minutes later you’re on your way. Have used before and would use again.

Fairly easy to locate where to drop car off and recollect car from after a few points from cruise on drop off and collection, would recommend and use again

Superb

Used parking for cruises between 13th sept 24 , and 20th sept 24. Drove into car park met rep car was videod by them and me handed keys over then made the short walk into ocean terminal . All this took about 5 to 10 mins max.
On return had a text at 7.30 am to tell me car was ready left ship to collect cases walked to car and left car park (after checking car over ) at 8am

Parking

Very easy and helpful staff. Car was safe and pictures were taken before we left the car for them to park up.

Couldn't fault them in any way!

So simple to book, and cheaper than the alternatives. Recieved a call on the day of departure to check how we were doing (even though the onus is on us to call and give an ETA). Someone was there when we pulled up right along side the ship.

Return - car was already waiting when we got off the ship. Came back to us in the same condition we handed it in.

Will be using this company again.

A great trouble free service. First time for us at QE terminal Southampton. Good communication, friendly staff who even helped put luggage in back in the car.

I am very happy with the service they provided. Drop off was easy and convenient. Return pick up was really good. Getting texts on arrival day and collection day was very reassuring. The staff were very good and polite. I have already booked another slot for later in the year.

I have been using parking 4 cruises for a number of years such a excellent service that’s why I book with them every time and would always recommend them

Quick and easy

We used Parking 4 cruises as an alternative to CPS and we’re extremely happy with the service. Dropped the car off at the short stay parking at QE2 terminal and took our luggage over to the terminal on a trolley. The cars waiting to have their cars taken by CPS were being directed into a holding area outside the terminal and the queue of the cars at the terminal was huge. We dropped our cases at the baggage pods and walked straight into the building. So much quicker than our experiences with CPS. On return the service was just as quick. We were a bit early but only waited a few minutes for our car to arrive. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. We were more than pleased and have booked again for our next cruise.

Convenient service

Used Parking for Cruises before & the service works well. Car drop off is usually very close to the ship terminal & pick up after the cruise is from the same point. A brief message exchange before departing the Ship confirms the car is ready for collection.

5 Star Service once again!

We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for a recent 14 Night P&O cruise on Britannia. We received excellent service throughout the booking process, with timely communications ahead of arrival and a warm and professional greeting at Ocean Terminal.
After the cruise, again a timely message to confirm that the car was waiting for us. Again, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful member of the P4C team and were soon on our way...
I unreservedly recommend Parking 4Cruises and have already booked to use them for future cruises.

A company who does what it says it'll do

Great customer service very friendly guy. Put our minds at rest the moment we handed him the key. After our cruise he was waiting in the carpark with our car and wished us a safe journey home.

Great experience!

This was the first time using this company for our cruise parking at Southampton. From our initial booking application, the communication was first class. By phone, email or text. The communication was quick, concise and quick. All instructions regarding handover and collection of our car was so professional with Steve the company rep was friendly and professional. Brilliant Service

What a great service!! We prebook a few months in advance of our cruise from Southampton.

I received all the info I needed and it was a super easy and uncomplicated process from start to finish.

I received reminders, confirmations and any support I needed.

The staff who took my car were friendly and professional, I had no concerns of the safety of my car. Fast efficient service when embarking and only a few minutes walk from dropping off the car to the cruise terminal, it was so close and so convenient.

The exact same in reverse when we disembarked the ship, again, fast and efficient! I will absolutely be using Parking4Cruises again!!

Great service

We normally use the official port parking but the price was astronomical this time around. We found Parking4Cruises online and they were much more competitively priced and came with good reviews. We arrived at the port, found the drop off point easily, no queues, dropped the car off with a very nice man who explained the process from then on in and for our return collection. He took photos of our car and mileage and we were on our way. In fact, our parking arrangements appeared to be much swifter than those parking in the official port parking as the queue was very long. We returned to the port two weeks later to revive an early morning text to say our car was ready for collection from the same spot in the short stay car park, only about 100 yards from the terminal exit. We walked across, collected our car and we were on our way home in no more than 10 minutes. Only 6 extra miles on the clock, as promised. We will definitely use them again, the extra cost for our car to stay at the port just can’t be justified when there are professional alternatives like Parking4Cruises. Thank you so much.
