Very happy with service

We have used this service 3 times and have had nothing but praise for the service, price and ease of use. Our last visit was arriving at Southampton on Sunday 10/11/19 with a electric wheelchair and 3 cases and the staff had into the in to the car in no time! I will be using the service on our next cruise.

Good Parking

Have used this service 4 times now and found it very good, parking right near the ship.

Fantastic Service

Really impressed with Parking4cruise. Booked our car in for 10days whilst we were on a cruise from Southampton. Received a text on the morning of drop off giving us the correct address (cruise terminal). When we arrived the staff were really friendly, waiting in the short stay carpark, 2 min walk about from the terminal. The guy checked us in, took some photos and we were on our way.
When we arrived back in Southampton we received a text saying that our car was waiting and there it was, back in the car park at 6.30am waiting for us. The guys did a walk around of the car, checked the milage with us and made sure we were happy.
The service was fantastic and everything was so well organised. I would definitely book with them in the future. Thanks so much.

excellent as usual

Just returned from a cruise and booked with this company again and as usual excellent service and first class comms. The cruise was extended due to weather in the Atlantic we arrived back into Southampton three days late i emailed the company and was told they were aware of the problem and there was no issues or extra fees and on arrival got a message saying car was ready for me.
I have no hesitation in either recommending this company or using them again.

Top class

Booking is easy. Arrival and departure very straightforward and quick. Have used it four times now. Each time good value and efficient.

Good service

Used for 1st time in October . Easy website to use . Friendly staff , car was secure , great to come off ship & be in car on way home within a few minutes . Will definitely use again ..

Trouble free

All worked smoothly and was handled professionally. We received a text to say our car was ready for us when we disembarked. We have used Parking4Cruises a number of times now and have always been pleased with their service. We always recommend them to people.

A breeze

From booking, through parking, to collection, everything was a breeze. Ok, you may have to walk back to the terminal from the car park, but that only takes a couple of minutes at the most. All in all, a very efficient, friendly, and cost effective way of parking. We have used competitors, but have used Parking4Cruises several times, and will continue to do so.

P4C

This was the first time for using this company's services, leaving from one terminal and returning to another. However it went smoothly,the car having been moved for a total of five miles and was parked a short walk from the ship.

Excellent

I was quite nervous about leaving my car with someone else to park and store, but I needn’t have worried.
Both the gentleman who I left my car with and the one who I collected it from were extremely polite and helpful and the whole process was smooth and efficient. When we parked the car, we were on our way to the ship within minutes and the car was ready for collection when we returned and again, we were on our way within minutes.

Cruise parking

I am very impressed with this company and have used them on several occasions. They are easy to book, very fair price, and communicate with you in a friendly fashion. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Everything ran smoothly

We recently used P4C for the 1st time. The booking process was easy and all communication on the day of drop off was good. We were not rushed by anyone to offload our suitcases at the terminal and once that was done my wife drove the car to the short term car park where she was met by 2 very helpful gents. Handover was quick and it was then just a few minutes walk back to the terminal building. She was offered a lift but chose to walk. When we disembarked the porter helped us with our cases to the car in the same car park and we were loaded and on our way within minutes - once again the P4C staff were very courteous, friendly and offered to help pack the car which I appreciated as I am a wheelchair user so a bit helpless in that dept !. We will definitely use them for future cruises.

Brilliant

Easy drop off, friendly staff. A text when your car is ready for pick up, which is usually about 7.30. A very competitive price, I've used them many times and would highly recommend them.
