Easy drop off, friendly staff. A text when your car is ready for pick up, which is usually about 7.30. A very competitive price, I've used them many times and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service as usual! Efficient drop off and car was waiting for us when we left ship at 7.20am. Enabling us to be on our way home by 7.30am.

No Bother

Once again very good communication in booking and reminders, at very reasonable cost, even for our 4 week cruise. Picked up early and car was waiting clen and warm(we did pay a little extra for clean) though we have never had a "dirty" car on our return like some which are parked in fields etc. Have passed on contact to some cruisers when parking came up in conversation. Thanks team for your your politeness, friendly and efficient service. R.G.B.

First class parking at Southampton. Video outside of car and record mileage. Car awaiting in short stay carpark on return. All very efficient and would thoroughly recommend.

Great service but

First time using parking for cruises, great service but paid for deluxe service which was to have my luggage taken out of and into car and the car washed down but this was not done either. But dont let this put you of will definitely be using again for our next cruise

Faultless.

Used parking4cruises for the first time this October. In a word, faultless.
In several words, smooth transaction, professional and polite staff, cruise returned earlier than I had anticipated but this was no problem.. simply sent a text and my car was waiting. My only mistake was not having any English money to tip the staff!
Will definitely use again, would highly recommend to all and next time I will have some British currency to tip the staff.

Very Good

Good value, well pleased with the experience, though was sent to the wrong Terminal originally. Apparently, it was changed at short notice! Would recommend and will definitely book again.

Recent Car Parking

We have used Parking4Cruises 6 times now.We have always found their staff very good and helpful,nothing is any trouble for them.They all welcome you with a smile and explain to you regarding your parking.They also take photos of your car before you hand over your car keys.We always book self disembarkation and get off the ship as soon as customs have given clearance.Last week we were getting of the ship at 7am and as always our car was there waiting to be collected.They also send you a text on the day you board the cruise and on your return you receive another text explaining that your car is ready to be picked up.We have always received first class service from them,and we will use them again in the near future.We can certainly recommend Parking4Cruises for your next cruise and finally they are a lot cheaper than other cruise parking.Thank you for the great service we received once again.Jeff Rumbelow.

Nearly 5 star.

Pretty good service would have given 5 star but wasn’t clear where to go when dropping off and had to ask several people where you were when picking up. Will use again now I know the system.
