So easy

Booked our Sept cruise 1 week before sailing. Cps had no availability and recommended these people. So easy and efficient. Drop bags as usual, drove to short stay car straight across from terminal. Processed in 10 mins and job done. On return we were scheduled to leave ship at 08:00 hours and by 08:15 we were in our car and on our way home. Top service

Just One Snag

No problems with drop off or collection of car. The only problem was that I had booked on line and paid for a valet service which was not done. I have had a refund of the amount paid for the valet now so we are all square.
I would suggest that if the valet service is no longer available ( as I was told by staff at the collection point) the website removes the option to book a valet from its selections on the order form thereby saving both parties time and trouble.
This hiccup would not stop me using this company again as it is so convenient accessible.

Great service

Used for the first time at Southampton. Very efficient- very considerate staff. All worked really well both leaving the car and on return. Would highly recommend them.

No Long queuing at Terminal

We have always used CPS Parking, where we have been stuck in queuing cars waiting for them to take our car. This experience has worsened not improved and on a short cruise in August we were queuing for over an hour after queuing in the car for the Covid testing drive through . After booking a 4 night cruise September I stumbled upon Parking4cruises and thought we would try them.

The first positive is dropping the cases off from the drop off lane then driving straight to the short stay car park, literally across from the Ocean Terminal. So no car queuing for ages. After handing the keys over to the Parking4cruises Operative we walked back to the terminal and walked through the Covid testing centre for our test then straight into the terminal.

I would definitely recommend them as the whole experience is smooth and stress free!

Fantastic service, easy and clear instructions on where to meet for drop off. Was met by a friendly female member of staff, who was also there on collection of my car on our return to Southampton. Would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Easy Parking

This is a great service, so quick and easy to use especially as we departed from one terminal and arrived at another!
Will definitely use again.

Easy peasy

Used parking4cruises 4 times and each time has been easy peasy. They send you a text the morning of your arrival and you just reply saying Park when you are about 30mins away.

They are normally in the short stay car park of the terminal your ship leaves from so it is only a very short walk to check in. They check the car over fully before taking it and take the mileage and many bodywork photos.

Leave the key and walk away. Car is delivered to whichever terminal your ship comes into after your cruise.

You get a text when your car is ready for collection which is normally about 8pm unless you book an early collection.

All in all a great service with friendly staff.

Great service

Having used Parking 4 cruises many times before the pandemic now cruising started again choose them for a recent cruise and totally lived up to expectation .
On tha day received text messages to inform me on arrival times etc the lady was there waiting as we entered car park checked the car and we were on our way to the ship Anthem of the Seas, on return to Southampton car was in car park waiting and attendant cases in and off no hassle what so ever.
We have already booked again for October and looking forward to the same great service.
In the past we have dropped car off at the yard and they took us to the railway station
to catch train to Gatwick at no extra charge cant say better than that.

Excellent service

We’ve used Parking4cruises for the last few years. The price is very good, service excellent. Always a quick, friendly and efficient service. We especially like being able to get the car as soon as we disembark, and having it parked by the exit of the car park is a definite bonus! Would - and have! - highly recommend.

Parking

Really easy system, just turn up the person there will picture you mr vehicle and take the Mileage, hand over the keys and off you go. No hassle getting the car back, was already in the port ready for my departure. Seriously hassle free and super easy and friendly service

Perfect

I telephoned my booking through and spoke to a lovely friendly lady called Lucy, who did it all for me as we had 3 vehicles, drop off point very easy to find, staff were waiting for us, dropped off the vehicles, gave them the keys and off we went on our cruise. On the morning we were getting off the cruise we received a text saying our vehicles were ready for us and we walked across the road to the same place we dropped them off, got the keys and it was as easy as that.

I will definitely be using again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone going on a cruise, great customer service, thanks again

Great service

We booked our cruise last minute and the usual car park we book was completely booked out . I was recommended to try parking4crusies . I can honestly say it was a super service the commutation was timely and very good . We got a text the day of the cruise to ask to reply when we were 30mins away from the port which we did . On arrival we were met by a lovely lady who was very happy to greet us and went through all the details , she took pictures of our car and mileage we handed over our keys
On our return day we got a text to say that our car was waiting for us it was exactly the same spot we dropped it off. The same lady was there to greet us asked us about our cruise very pleasant experience over all I would highly recommend parking4crusies I would have no hesitations in using them again . Thank you

Excellent Service

We used this service for 2 cars travelling together to Southampton - excellent service from start to finish - we were in a traffic jam and just text through to them and it was not a problem that we were late. Cars were waiting for us and text early in the morning. Friendly people and helpful

Good service as always.

We have used parking4cruises on several occasions. Drop luggage off and other passengers at departures. Then into short stay car park. Car is photographed to ensure no arguments about damage. Mileage taken. Last occasion the ship docked at a different gate and car was ready waiting for us as we disembarked.
