Great service

Having used Parking 4 cruises many times before the pandemic now cruising started again choose them for a recent cruise and totally lived up to expectation .
On tha day received text messages to inform me on arrival times etc the lady was there waiting as we entered car park checked the car and we were on our way to the ship Anthem of the Seas, on return to Southampton car was in car park waiting and attendant cases in and off no hassle what so ever.
We have already booked again for October and looking forward to the same great service.
In the past we have dropped car off at the yard and they took us to the railway station
to catch train to Gatwick at no extra charge cant say better than that.

Excellent service

We’ve used Parking4cruises for the last few years. The price is very good, service excellent. Always a quick, friendly and efficient service. We especially like being able to get the car as soon as we disembark, and having it parked by the exit of the car park is a definite bonus! Would - and have! - highly recommend.

Parking

Really easy system, just turn up the person there will picture you mr vehicle and take the Mileage, hand over the keys and off you go. No hassle getting the car back, was already in the port ready for my departure. Seriously hassle free and super easy and friendly service

Ideal parking

Couldn’t fault this parking for our cruise. Easy to find, friendly, helpful people, quick service and there when we arrived home. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who cruises! Thanks again

Perfect

I telephoned my booking through and spoke to a lovely friendly lady called Lucy, who did it all for me as we had 3 vehicles, drop off point very easy to find, staff were waiting for us, dropped off the vehicles, gave them the keys and off we went on our cruise. On the morning we were getting off the cruise we received a text saying our vehicles were ready for us and we walked across the road to the same place we dropped them off, got the keys and it was as easy as that.

I will definitely be using again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone going on a cruise, great customer service, thanks again

Great service

We booked our cruise last minute and the usual car park we book was completely booked out . I was recommended to try parking4crusies . I can honestly say it was a super service the commutation was timely and very good . We got a text the day of the cruise to ask to reply when we were 30mins away from the port which we did . On arrival we were met by a lovely lady who was very happy to greet us and went through all the details , she took pictures of our car and mileage we handed over our keys
On our return day we got a text to say that our car was waiting for us it was exactly the same spot we dropped it off. The same lady was there to greet us asked us about our cruise very pleasant experience over all I would highly recommend parking4crusies I would have no hesitations in using them again . Thank you

Excellent Service

We used this service for 2 cars travelling together to Southampton - excellent service from start to finish - we were in a traffic jam and just text through to them and it was not a problem that we were late. Cars were waiting for us and text early in the morning. Friendly people and helpful

Good service as always.

We have used parking4cruises on several occasions. Drop luggage off and other passengers at departures. Then into short stay car park. Car is photographed to ensure no arguments about damage. Mileage taken. Last occasion the ship docked at a different gate and car was ready waiting for us as we disembarked.

Drop off and collection ideal

I have used Parking4cruises several times and the service was the of the same high standard each time. When dropping off my car the gentleman at the drop-off point was ready and waiting. After a couple of photographs and a quick signature I was on my way. At the end of our cruise the car was waiting for us where we were told it would be, and again a quick signature got us on our way.
My only disappointment was regarding my electric car. Several months before booking the cruise and parking I asked about charging my electric car. I was told that it could be charged up as long as sufficient warning was given. When booking I asked that my car be charged, I also sent follow-up emails but got no reply. I asked the gentleman to charge my car when I dropped it off but this was not done. I had enough power to get to a high speed charger but it would have been better to have started with a full charge. This is going to become a service that will be taken up by many others if it is made available. Watch out for your competitors.

Used this company for the first time 14th August, brilliant service the gentleman was waiting for us when we arrived he was very pleasant and happy.
Exactly the same on returning from our cruise, definitely use these again without hesitation.

1st Class Service

2nd time we’ve used Parking4Cruises and the service was fantastic. We received a text the day before our cruise, on departure day and when we disembarked. Mark and team were at terminal waiting to collect our car and Mary was waiting on our return. This is the best parking company we’ve used when cruising from Southampton, already booked for next year.
