Marvellous

On the 02 October 21 Parking 4 cruises went above and beyond there remit it was hammering down with rain dropped baggage off at cruise terminal and went to meet & greet car park to drop car off, the staff told me to stay in car while he took the usual photos logged car in got in passenger seat and told me to drive down to terminal so i did not get drowned walking the short distance which i was very grateful for, you dont get that service at any other car park company.
Have used P4C on many occassions have dropped car off at yard in the past and have taken us to train station for Heathrow they are second to none.

Southampton parking

We always use this parking company when sailing from Southampton, and, although it's been awhile, I'm glad to say they are still as efficient as ever. They staff are friendly and helpful, which gives great reassurance you are leaving your vehicle in safe hands. From booking, to check in, to leaving, you are kept informed all the way by email and text. Excellent service.

We have used this company every time we sail from Southampton, it is so easy, just reply to a text when on your way and handover your keys.
The staff are really polite and friendly in person and on the phone, one less thing to worry about sorting a holiday

What a great service! First time we've used Parking4Cruises and the service could not have been better. Both the dropping off and collection procedures worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and professional and we will definitely use them again.

Parking in September

Contact before cruise and on day. All ready and waiting took pictures and mileage and dropped me by ship to save me walking. Great service definitely use again

Best parking for cruising

Having used this parking company for quite a number of years now I find it to be the best for cruise parking. The staff keep you up to date as to when you arrive and on your departure. I arrived to find the man waiting for me at the time I said I would arrive and after helping me to unload our luggage he proceeded to take pics etc of mileage and all around the car same as before. He then pointed us to the right gate and direct us to the correct entrance. On arrival back he had messaged us to say our car was ready to be picked up and greeted us again for our return journey up north, I forgot the guys name but he was very pleasant and helpful. Well done again.

Excellent, Friendly and Efficient service

First time I used this company for cruise parking. From booking online to collecting my car, the whole process was faultless.
Excellent service and would definitely use again and recommend. Very good instructions on what happens, where to go and then followed up by updates by text as your cruise approaches and also when you disembark.
On top of this friendly staff met us, helped us to check in and then greeted us when leaving (Having a very pleasant conversation about cruising for about ten minutes :) )

Excellent service for parking

Very easy, professional and secure parking. We felt looked after from the first text before we left home with post code of the terminal we needed to go to, to dropping off the car and collecting the car steps away from the cruise terminal. Definitely will be used again in the future, well done.

We have used parking4cruises before they offer a very good service and at a reasonable price. The process is very efficient with text messages to let you know when your car is ready to pick up. I have already booked for our next cruise. Great service and friendly staff.

So easy

Booked our Sept cruise 1 week before sailing. Cps had no availability and recommended these people. So easy and efficient. Drop bags as usual, drove to short stay car straight across from terminal. Processed in 10 mins and job done. On return we were scheduled to leave ship at 08:00 hours and by 08:15 we were in our car and on our way home. Top service

Just One Snag

No problems with drop off or collection of car. The only problem was that I had booked on line and paid for a valet service which was not done. I have had a refund of the amount paid for the valet now so we are all square.
I would suggest that if the valet service is no longer available ( as I was told by staff at the collection point) the website removes the option to book a valet from its selections on the order form thereby saving both parties time and trouble.
This hiccup would not stop me using this company again as it is so convenient accessible.

Great service

Used for the first time at Southampton. Very efficient- very considerate staff. All worked really well both leaving the car and on return. Would highly recommend them.
