Consistently Good Service

We switched to Parking4Cruises in 2016 having had a bad experience the year before where we'd waited almost an hour just to offload our luggage and hand over the car keys. Since then we've found everything far quicker, even taking into account a short walk back to the terminal once the formalities have been completed.

After a break from cruising we were delighted to see that the company is still in operation, and the quality of service has not diminished. On our return date we received a text message at 6:50am confirming that our car was ready for collection, and there were no delays finding the collection point and picking up our keys.

I wondered if Parking4Cruises would be as good as it was before lockdown - and it is! When I arrived at the Short Stay car park (Mayflower Terminal), the team was there and waiting to receive my car. They were cheerful and helpful and, within minutes, they had completed the paperwork - I was on my way to check-in. Brilliant. On returning 32 days later, they texted me on board to advise that my car was waiting. And it was.

Excellent Service

This was the first time we had used parking4cruises, our previous bookings having been cancelled due to covid. Everything went smoothly, we dropped our luggage at the terminal and took the car to the short stay car park where we were met by a friendly gentleman who explained the whole process to us. When we arrived back we had a text to say our car was waiting for us, got off the ship at 7.00 a.m. and was met in the car park by another friendly member of staff who ensured we were happy with the car and we set off. I would also like to mention that when we had our cruises either cancelled or in this instance the length was shortened, parking4cruises refunded any monies without any issues at all which is very important in my opinion.

On picking the car up we remarked about the chalky deposits on the back light and were informed it was seagull droppings. OK but then on closer examination and trying to clean the car we find that the roof is covered in grime it is also stuck on the fabric of the sides of the windows . It seems like mud and after two attempts to clean it off it is still there. Inside the footwell on the driver’s side there was a fair amount of straw on the mat ! Why ? We have used your services many times and we have always been satisfied but on this occasion we must inform you that we are very disappointed therefore we are unable to award you with a rating. If we cannot remove the residual dirt we will have to seek professional help.

We have used Parking4Cruises on several occasions. The last one being 19 March - 2 April 2022. As usual, we sent a text to let them know we were on our way. Dropped the luggage off at the Terminal and were met by a friendly gentleman who checked the car over by taking photographs and also the mileage. On our return, we had a text from them to say the car was in the Short Stay car park. The lady handed over our keys, the car was fine and we exchanged a few niceties. Will use again.

Previous Customer

I give a five star rating for the friendly and efficient service for both check in and collection, and a fair price, however there was no evidence of the ‘washdown’ that should have been included in the price.

Simples......

Easy drop off at Mayflower with Andrew (friendly and efficient as usual) a short stroll back to the terminal through the booking in process and then on to the ship, a nice easy way to start your holiday.

Return was just as easy at Ocean terminal, a short walk to the short stay area with the Parking 4 You flag..........Friendly Andrew again, quick chat pick up keys, sign form and drive around to pick up the baggage (next time I would push a trolley with the bags to the short stay) but the time saved is probably marginal.

Will use again for next cruise from Southampton

Great Company

We have used Parking 4 cruises on many occasions and have always been very satisfied with the service we receive. Staff are friendly and polite and not only do they take a photo of the mileage they also take photos of the car before you hand over the keys and on return they ask you to check over the car before driving off. This is not a fly by night company this is a very well organised and professional company. Would I recommend a definite Yes would I use again YES.

February 28 parking

We used P4C for the first time this year, we found the service provided excellent, communication very good and the handing over and collection process quick and efficient . Will certainly use again and recommend to others

Excellent as always

Once again we received excellent services from P4C.

Politely friendly staff waiting for us either end of our cruise. Hassle free parking and they even gave the car a wash on our return. Highly recommended.

We have used Parking4cruuses many times and wouldn’t choose anyone else. They are competitively priced and reward customer loyalty. A seamless process from making booking to the meet and greet drop off and pick up service . Great communication and excellent friendly customer service.

Sat 5 March, due to illness of a passenger on previous cruise, the ship was held up by 5 hrs. Chaos reined. We were asked to add 5 hrs to our original timed slot and turn up as requested.1700hrs. port was at a standstill. Very slowly we got up to the main gate to find not two lanes of traffic but 4. Then our hero appeared, as I had my Parking4cruise permit displayed he stopped a car to our left and waved us through to the taxi lane. Straight through after that. This is not the first time this has happened and thanks to all your staff who were as helpful, friendly and polite They had been there longer than us to see the previous delayed passengers get their cars. We learned later that some passengers with other parking companies were not on until 2300hrs. Thanks to all staff for giving up their Saturday night to help us.
