Excellent service from dropping off to pickup

An early return

We were booked on a back-to-back cruise, but had to leave the ship on the turn round day in Southampton. No problem for P4C after the ship had been in touch, the car was waiting for uss. Well done

Smooth start to our cruise

Our first experience with Parking4Cruises at Southampton was surprisingly quick and smooth, and the early text on our return was reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.

Parking for our cruise

We have used Parking4cruises a couple of times and they are always professional, timely and cheerful. Will be using again very soon.

Not bad

This is the 1st time I've been on a cruise and therefore the 1st time I've used Parking4Cruises. To an extent, I was impressed considering the cruise was running 2 hours late.

But....being in a wheelchair, I found it was a long trip to the ship and to the car park on getting back. We were also told that they would try and charge the electric car while we were away but that wasn't done.

So..3-4 stars from me on this one. Not sure if I'll use them again or try someone else.

Excellent service once again

I have used parking4cruises several times over the past few years, most recently in April 2022. As ever they provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its 5* service.

I've used Parking4Cruises several times now but this is the first time since cruising resumed and ..... nothing has changed. Still friendly staff and very easy process. Nearest short stay after dropping luggage and nearest short stay after collecting luggage on return. Will I continue to use? Most certainly.

Easy in and Easy out

Will definitely be using Parking4Cruises for our next cruise out of Southampton. Everything was so easy and close to the terminal building.

Can’t fault the service at the Mayflower terminal in Southampton. Communication was great, the drop off was close and quick and the cars were all ready for a swift exit on our return.

Picked up our car at the bus station from us to bus it to Heathrow Mark and driver great on time service.
On return from USA Mary was in Southampton short term car park with car very pleasant staff member.

First time cruise since COVID but pleased to say the service from parking4cruises was just as efficient as before, used them many times previously and will certainly use them again

Consistently Good Service

We switched to Parking4Cruises in 2016 having had a bad experience the year before where we'd waited almost an hour just to offload our luggage and hand over the car keys. Since then we've found everything far quicker, even taking into account a short walk back to the terminal once the formalities have been completed.

After a break from cruising we were delighted to see that the company is still in operation, and the quality of service has not diminished. On our return date we received a text message at 6:50am confirming that our car was ready for collection, and there were no delays finding the collection point and picking up our keys.
