Great service

Brilliant service, friendly and polite at drop off and pick up. Just a short walk from the car park to the Mayflower terminal which meant that we could get on our journey home quickly. A very efficient service and we will definitely use it again.

Good service as usual

After two years of not travelling, it was great to use Parking4cruises again. They always provide a reliable and good service. There communications are excellent and they are always waiting for us on embarkation and disembarking. Our recent cruise departed from City Terminal and the short term car park was quite away from the entrance to the terminal building, which was inconvenient but no fault of Parking4cruises. Our return was in the Mayflower terminal, which is just a short walk from the car park.

Parking4cruises

Brilliant service, friendly and polite people. Dropped off luggage, went to parking area, left the car with the key. On return went to where we had parked the car and was met by a young lady who after getting all our information gave us our key, asked if we needed any help with our luggage and we were off home in no time at all. A very efficient service and we will definitely use it again.

Super Smooth Service

Excellent service, very efficient & ultra professional, from the initial booking right the way through to drop off & pick up.

The communication throughout was excellent as was the warm & friendly service when we arrived at the port to drop off. When we returned we were greeted by Mary who was very helpful & friendly, our car was as we’d left it - spick & span !
The drop off area at the short stay car park is extremely convenient.

The Best

I have used this company on a number of occasions. The last time being 02-14/06/22. There are no problems whatsoever regarding drop off and pick up. The company offers reasonable rates and are 100% reliable. Having previously used other companies I would say these are 'Simply the Best'

Long term storage

Used this parking service in May to store my car for five weeks. Booking was easy and competitively priced. A very thorough vehicle check on bodywork condition and an easy and convenient pick up post voyage. Cannot fault the service

Worked a treat

Excellent service all round, the communication, logistics & customer service worked a treat & we would definitely use this service again.
We dropped off our car at the short stay car park which was a short walk from our cruise ship, when we returned our car was ready & waiting, the staff are very friendly & helpful & overall this made for a stress free start & end to our cruise.

Southampton Cruise Terminal

Had not used this company before - having previously parked at Eastleigh, and taken the shuttle in. But for a 15 day cruise their rates were very competitive. They messaged me on the morning of departure to allow me to confirm my arrival time at the port, and their area in the short term car park was well signed. Handing over my car was straightforward - they took pics all round the vehicle and of the mileage. On the return to port, they messaged me first thing to advise that my car was back where I left it for collection. They asked that I inspect the car - all fine, and sign to that effect. As my car was quite expensive and only 12 months old I was a tad apprehensive, but all went well, and the female agent on site was efficient and friendly. Would certainly use their services again.

Really good service this is the 2nd time I've used this company. My only down point is that it had several marks from bird dirt would have liked this washed off due to damage it can cause

Excellent Service

We have used Parking4cruises a few times. This was our first time since 2019 and We were pleased to find that the service was as good as ever. We received a text from them in the morning and responded to it en-route to the port. We sailed from QE2 terminal which we were unfamiliar with as it has been refurbished since our last visit. My husband drove into the terminal and dropped off our cases and left me on my scooter while he drove over to the short stay car park where the representative was waiting. He had already rang me as he had spotted us driving into the terminal. On our return to a different terminal, other passengers were complaining about having to walk to pick up their cars, ours was waiting for us in the car park a short walk away. Whilst booking this parking, I discovered a credit on my account for a cancelled cruise that I had forgotten about. I messaged them and they promptly refunded me the money. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Parking4cruises service

We have used Parking4Cruises on several occasions and found them to give an excellent service and friendly staff. We drop off the luggage at the terminal, drive a few yards to the short stay car-park and drop off the car with the staff there - very easy.
