Excellent service . No issues at all .
Was a bit apprehensive but all reviews I read previous to booking were positive.
Didn't quite know what to expect when I got to terminal as I had not been there before .
Very straightforward. Dropped bags and passengers at terminal drop off . Directed by terminal staff ( very helpful ) where to drive car .
Parking4cruises situated at back corner of adjacent carpark highlighted by a big flag banner.
Guy viewed car . Took some pics . Recorded millage. All very professional.
Explained what would happen upon return and handed relevant paperwork.
On arrival car was waiting in same area ready to go .
All very stress free
Only suggestion is maybe pay for a clean . Bit of residue you expect from being by the sea

Great parking Company

We have used Parking 4 Cruises on numerous occasions and have always found them to be efficient, friendly, helpful and great value. Staff at the docks are lovely to work with, ok you have to walk a bit further to drop off and collect your car but that's no problem with the money that you save compared to some companies! Our car is always returned in the condition that we leave it in and photos of the vehicle and mileage are always taken by staff before you hand over the keys. The other great thing about this company is they don't have younger people driving the cars so naturally they are treated with a lot more care than some airport parking companies.
Would I use this company again absolutely, would I recommend them YES!!!!

Great service with only 1 minor fail

The pick-up was difficult owing to a 5 or 6-hour late arrival and gridlock in Southampton , but Parking4Cruises suggested a solution that worked well. However, the car was obviously not given a spray-down before collection, as promised on the website.

Excellent service

Have been cruising from Southampton for a number of years and have always used another cruise parking company.
Came across P4C online after searching for parking for the longer cruises from Southampton.

Decided to give them a try for a weeks cruise as the prices were extremely competitive for the 2/3 month cruises and Previous reviews were very good.

Very easy to book online and all the information came through to print off with no issues.

Communication on the day via text message was excellent with very good directions to the meeting place.

The people that met us were very pleasant and helpful.

Same on pick up a week later.

Will definitely use again and definitely recommended.

Southampton parking

I have no problems recommending Parking4Cruises. I did notice both on arrival and disembarkation that other passengers were sitting in their cars for ages waiting to check their cars in. I had no such problem, I drove straight to their spot in the car park and was on my way to the terminal within minutes and I received an text around 07:45 on disembarkation day to let me know that my car was ready in the car park for me to collect. Excellent service!

Brilliant service, friendly and polite at drop off and pick up. Just a short walk from the car park to the Mayflower terminal which meant that we could get on our journey home quickly. A very efficient service and we will definitely use it again.

Good service as usual

After two years of not travelling, it was great to use Parking4cruises again. They always provide a reliable and good service. There communications are excellent and they are always waiting for us on embarkation and disembarking. Our recent cruise departed from City Terminal and the short term car park was quite away from the entrance to the terminal building, which was inconvenient but no fault of Parking4cruises. Our return was in the Mayflower terminal, which is just a short walk from the car park.

Parking4cruises

Brilliant service, friendly and polite people. Dropped off luggage, went to parking area, left the car with the key. On return went to where we had parked the car and was met by a young lady who after getting all our information gave us our key, asked if we needed any help with our luggage and we were off home in no time at all. A very efficient service and we will definitely use it again.

Super Smooth Service

Excellent service, very efficient & ultra professional, from the initial booking right the way through to drop off & pick up.

The communication throughout was excellent as was the warm & friendly service when we arrived at the port to drop off. When we returned we were greeted by Mary who was very helpful & friendly, our car was as we’d left it - spick & span !
The drop off area at the short stay car park is extremely convenient.

The Best

I have used this company on a number of occasions. The last time being 02-14/06/22. There are no problems whatsoever regarding drop off and pick up. The company offers reasonable rates and are 100% reliable. Having previously used other companies I would say these are 'Simply the Best'

Long term storage

Used this parking service in May to store my car for five weeks. Booking was easy and competitively priced. A very thorough vehicle check on bodywork condition and an easy and convenient pick up post voyage. Cannot fault the service

Worked a treat

Excellent service all round, the communication, logistics & customer service worked a treat & we would definitely use this service again.
We dropped off our car at the short stay car park which was a short walk from our cruise ship, when we returned our car was ready & waiting, the staff are very friendly & helpful & overall this made for a stress free start & end to our cruise.
