Cruise parking

We parked the car for two weeks cruise holidays, on the day of departure we sent a text message as per their guidance , deposited our checked luggage and parked the car in the short term car park which is opposite to the cuties terminal and we’re met by a nice man who took the photons of the car and recorded the miles,we took our hand luggage on a trolley available in the car park and we were the. Raise terminal , all done in 7 Minutes, excellent service , on our return , we had a tax message that the car was ready in the car park,and indeed it was , we loaded our luggage and were on our way out all within 10 minutes. Excellent Price

Can't complain about the price or the people after using you for the 2nd time in 2 months. As a new user my worry is finding you !
I eventually found you at the Ocean Terminal and Mayflower but returning especially in the rain at the City Terminal was a challenge so I have to say what about an extendable flag pole rather than a weathered below the roof line of cars please ?
A visible presence at the Terminal exit would help too.

Very good service again. No problems with dropping off or picking up car, even though we had different terminals to visit. Excellent communication from company. Have used a number of times and will do so again.

Recently returned from a cruise , we used Parking4Cruises again, who we have used many times before and everything was 5 star from booking,communication, port operation and collecting the car. Brilliant again

Brilliant service again from this friendly team. Excellent communication and it’s so easy. Pull into the drop off point by the terminal doors, leave my wife and our bags. Drive across the road to the short stay car park where a friendly team member is waiting for you. Walk a minute or so back to the drop off point,get bags and wife! and get on board. Reverse procedure when disembark. Could not be smoother or easier. Great value too. Used many times now

Great Parking

We have just got off Sky Princess (Saturday 16th November).We have been using Parking4Cruises for a few years now,some times twice a year.We have always found their staff to be very friendly and polite and helpful.All you do is when you arrive at the berth you are sailing from,drive your car to the short stay car park were you will be greeted by their friendly staff.They will then take photos of your car for your security,then you will hand over your keys and walk over to board the ship.On your arrival back to Southampton you will get a text from them letting you know that your car is ready to be picked up.When you have got off the ship just walk over to the short stay car park again and you will be handed your keys to drive your car back home.We have never had to wait for our car to be delivered on our return.I can definitely recommend Parking4Cruises and also their parking fees are very good.Happy Sailing,Jeff Rumbelow.
