Just excellent in every way. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most especially when I managed to leave my phone in the car ( a tip is don’t do this 😁) but staff located car and phone and it was brought back to me at the terminal before we left for the cruise. Apologies for making a couple of you work late.

Would use again in a heartbeat.

Couldn’t be happier! We have used other car parking facilities but we will definitely be using this one again! Great communications before hand - text message just be our arrival time to confirm time - you text then 30 mins before you are due in and the take over of our car is secure. On arriving back into Southampton our car was ready for us and I just texted to say what time we hoped to leave the ship. Really efficient and effective secure safe parking ! Great company will use next time instead of our usual provider!

Excellent except

I’ll still give a 5 star review even though the car was supposed to have been given a quick wash spray on return.
Apart from that, they were excellent. Reception was easy and staff very helpful.
Pickup was just as helpful and on time.
Well done. It makes the stress of going on a cruise less arduous.

Parking experience at Southampton

This is my first time on a cruise ship and my first time using parking4cruises. I was very impressed with the way I was treated and the helpful attitude of the staff I met at the short stay terminal car park. They were friendly and efficient. Also, the communication prior to our arrival was great

I would be happy to recommend and also using them in the future. Well done.

Couldn’t have been easier. Turned up at Southampton and handed over car. Came back and picked up car.

Fjords and Iceland Cruise.

Once again I parked my car with Parking4Cruises.You always get first class attention from their staff and go that extra mile to suite you.I have used them for the past 10 years or even more.It is so simple to do,you drive your car to the cruise terminal,get your suit cases out of your car,drive the car to the short stay car park just over the road,you will see their blue and white flag and motto at the short stay car park.Take your car to them,the staff will be waiting for you.They will take photos of your car and make sure you are happy and they will point out any little dints or scratches that your car might have,this is for your security and theirs,they will also take a reading of your mileage.You then walk over to the terminal and board the ship.When you return,your car will be waiting for you ready to drive it home.I have never had to wait for my car on my arrival back at Southampton.I can gladly recommend Parking4Cruises,I have also got future cruises booked with them.Happy Sailing,Jeff Rumbelow.

I could not fault the excellent service provided on leaving my car with the company for 12 days,whilst on a cruise from Southampton.
They were there to greet me on arrival and departure, and provided text information,at the right times,to facilitate drop off and pickup.

Very good service.

Very quick and easy way to park for a cruise. The car was there when we arrived at the car park and only waited a few minutes for somebody to arrive to give me the keys. I will use this service again.

Easy Peasy

Our ‘go to’ company for when we cruise from Southampton, great service and communication.
Even better when we picked up last week the key chap gave us the great tip of following directions for port gate 20 to continue on our way out of Southampton towards London avoiding the town. We have done countless cruises and always got caught in morning traffic and lost half an hour so that was really helpful !

We have used Parking4cruises at least 10 times which in itself says it all. Great service, communication and value for money. A very easy on line booking site which confirms your ship against the dates you input so reassuring that you have it right. Excellent information sent by email with prompts before travel plus texts on the days of embarkation and disembarkation. Friendly and efficient in receiving and returning your car. This is the second time we used parking for cruise, both times no problems well I say no problems just a quick tip , take photos of your vehicles when you leave it to them ...the 1st time I noticed a small mark on car which I was not sure if it was there before I'm sure it was not but couldn't prove it other then that we was well help we parking for cruise

Cruise parking

Used parking 4 cruise before. Very efficient service. Dropped car off at short stay car park after dropping cases off, walked across road and was in the terminal. On the way home, rung them and the car was waiting. Brilliant service

Wouldn’t use anyone else

Just back from our Queen Anne cruise around UK. Great service as always and as the title says, we wouldn’t use anyone else for port parking in Southampton.
