Does exactly what it says on the tin...almost!

This is our second cruise and our second dealing with Parking4Cruises. We have found them very curtious, polite and helpful on both occasions. With parking charges close to the same a P&O we always prefer the personal touch which is why we chose Parking4Cruises.
But again, just like last year, the valet we booked wasn't done which meant we had to stop off on our journey home to remove the two weeks worth of seagull mess off our car... at the moment im waiting for my refund for the service.

I had an excellent experience with Parking4cruises.From the moment I booked, everything was seamless. The process was well-organised, and very secure, which gave me peace of mind while I was away on my cruise. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the drop off quick and stress-free. When I returned, my car was deliver to my hotel by a very friendly staff member.

Parking at Southampton

We have used P4C several times over the years and each time have received excellent service.
Prices are competitive, communications first class, staff friendly and welcoming. Car has always been available and in good condition on our return. The service provided on our recent Disney Fantasy cruise was no exception.
We will continue to use P4C in the future.

Highly recommend

So glad we booked with parkjng4cruises, it was a simple and quick experience. After an early morning text with instructions we parked up in the short stay car park and our car was photographed all round before handing over. Friendly and helpful staff explained the pick up process and we were on our way.
On return the car was waiting for us before we disembarked and there was no wait for us, keys in hand and on our way. Would definitely book again :)

Excellent Service As Usual

We recently used parking4 cruises again. As before, the whole exercise was seem less. The personnel involved were efficient , friendly and polite. We will continue to use them in the future.

Lack of communication!

All good regarding the easy parking - EXCEPT- I received a message at 11.15am instructing us to be at Port by 2.00 pm. We made it with 15 mins to spare. It did NOT state anywhere on our paperwork to be there by 2.00pm. Our ship boarding time was 3.15pm. On recieving the message I text back. I called the office number as ship was in port, went to voicemail. I left message to say we were on our way and asked to be called back - no response.
The 3* response is based on the lack of communication. No response received at all.

Stress free service

Been using Parking 4 Cruises for a number of years. The service they provide is faultless. Just returned from a lovely holiday knowing our car would be well looked after and waiting for us in the short stay car park with lovely guys to greet you. Booked for October also.
