Southampton Cruise Terminal

Just used P4C at Southampton Cruise Terminal. Can’t fault them at all! From booking to leaving, everything was very efficient. Clear communication at all times took the stress of getting the family and luggage onto the boat! Met by a very jolly chap who took the car off my hands, explained everything clearly and was there to meet us on our return! Will use them again and what made it better was their extremely competitive pricing! Well done!!

Great Service

Communication was great, everything was explained very well prior to drop off and on day of drop off at our cruise terminal in Southampton. Explained car is taken to their secure parking about 5 miles away so only additional 10 miles would show on car mileage when you pick car up. Can’t fault this service, worked a treat and would use them again

Highly recommend

We used this company for parking for a cruise from Southampton. Communication was excellent, easy to park and efficient when it came to pick up. They were cheaper than a friend’s parking which was a long way from where we were docked. Would definitely use again.

2An excellent Service

This was our first time sailing from Southampton, as we wanted to see if it was less hassle. Our cruise company messed up our parking arrangements and so we had to source our own and I am so pleased we did.
From start to finish Parking4Cruises was excellent, the booking was simple and the pre cruise information easy to understand. The communication was excellent using text messages and the drop off and collection was seamless, they were even able to offer a luggage trolley to take our bags to drop off.
We can thoroughly recommend Parkin4Cruises and would not use anyone else when sailing from Southampton.

Brilliant

We have used Parking4cruises many times. The service is top notch and always consistently so. Drop off and pick up location is excellent (Short Stay carpark close to the cruise terminal).
Drop off and pick up is always quick, efficient and friendly. The guys (and sometimes girls) are great.
Communication before drop off and pick up is very helpful and reassuring.

Great service

We used parking4cruises for the first time recently and cannot fault the service they provided. When we arrived at the QE II terminal short term car park they were easy to find with someone waiting for us there. Check-in was quick and easy and we were informed that our car would be driven up to 5 miles away for secure parking. When we returned our car was ready and waiting for us and again the collection process was quick. Will be using again for future cruises as they are cheaper than the main provider and we didn’t have to queue to drop our car off.

Excellent Service

Have used Parking4Cruises on two occasions, I cannot fault the service. The ladies and gents are professional and polite.
We will be using them again for our next cruise.

Perfect start to the holiday

We had not used parking4cruises before , but will do so going forward !!!
Received a text the morning on the day of travel confirming postcode & what to do. Well signposted at port, smooth handover of car & keys, easy 2min walk to P&O ship. Received text on morning of return, confirming car was waiting, easy out process too.
It couldn’t have been easier, nothing but positive feedback from our experience; thank you.

Excellent Service

This is our third time of using Parking4Cruises and their service is excellent. We received a text when we were on our way to the Mayflower Terminal and as requested sent a text when we were 30 minutes away. The guys were waiting when we got there and were very friendly and helpful. The guys were waiting with the car when we got off the boat and everything was fine. Would highly recommend.

Friendly team waiting to greet you. On return there was a traffic incident that affected my journey home which the chaps pointed out. Really helped!
