We booked Parking 4 Cruises as we couldn’t get in CPS for our cruise. The service was great and so easy. We text to say we were ready to park and someone was there waiting. Pick up was just as smooth and a bonus that the car was literally a 5 min walk from the shop terminal exit. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Excellent Again

I used this service for the fourth time for my recent cruise on Queen Victoria. Communication was excellent and efficient, with email confirmation and texts the day before departure and to tell me my car was ready on return.

I dropped my wife and luggage at the departure point at the cruise terminal at Southampton and then drove across the road to the short stay car park. The Parking4Car inspection, mileaage check and signing was speedy and I left the car and walked back to my wife.

Pick up was just as efficient and speedy. despite getting off the ship earlier than anticipated my wife and I just wheeled our trolley across to the short stay car park and our car was ready for collection. We were packed and away well before 9am. Perfect.

The first time I used this service I was a little anxious but not any more. I have already booked parking for my next cruise and the one after :)

This was the first time we had used parking for cruises and were a little bit apprehensive. We didn’t need to be. It was easy , as soon as we got there there was someone there to greet us . Who then explain what would happen. They looked over our car took the mileage , took our keys and a picture of our car . We were then a short walk away onto the ship . It was that simple would definitely recommend and use them again.

Really helpful & friendly staff met us at the pick up and car was ready super early so would suit even the earliest disembarkation.

Parking - OCEAN TERMINAL SOUTHAMPTON

Very simple online booking system with clear instructions pre embarkation and on disembarkation. Competitive pricing and after dropping my wife and baggage off at the cruise terminal baggage drop off, it is a short drive to short stay car park. You are then met by a rep from Parking4Cruises in a flagged area at top of the car park. The rep that met me on drop off and collection was the same person a d was very pleasant and professional. He took mileage of car, a video of full vehicle and handed me instructions explaining the collection system for our arrival back in the UK. It is then only about 250 yards to the baggage check in areas. Very pleased with price and service and would have no hesitation using them again and recommending their package.

Excellent service

We found the whole process from booking to dropping off and collecting our car to be smooth and straightforward.
Booking was simple, we received all of the paperwork straightaway by email.
Dropping the car off was straightforward we simply had to let them know when we were nearby. The car was left and picked up from the short stay car park 5 minutes walk from the terminal.
Upon return to the port after our cruise we had an early departure time and our car was all ready to go, no queuing or waiting and we drove straight out.

Haven't cruised before so going to Southampton docks was a new experience. Easy to find drop off point, guys were friendly and quickly dealt with admin. Drop off/ pick up point a very short walk to check in/arrival so easy to manage with luggage. Good price. No hesitation in recommending Parking4Cruises.

Parking for Ventura cruise

Brilliant service for a first ever cruise from Southampton. Easy to drop off car. You were friendly and took pictures of my car and mileage. Not even a five minute walk to board entrance and received a text on arrival and someone was there to meet us. Great value for money and would use again and recommend

Trouble free service

This was our first time on a cruise and we had no idea about the process. Thankfully we found this company for our parking. They were very well organised - waiting for us at drop off and pick up.
