Q:           Are the drivers fully insured to drive my vehicle?

A:            Yes all our drivers are fully insured to drive all of our customer’s vehicles through insurers QBE.

Q:           What is the number to call when I am 30 minutes away from the port?

A:            Please call the driver line on 07540794007.

Q:           How far from the port is the secure car park where my car will be kept?

A:            Depending from which cruise terminal you are departing from the distance range is 1.8 miles to 2.9 miles.

Q:           I don’t know my exact drop off or pick up times, what shall I enter in the drop off and pick up fields on the booking from?

A:            Don’t worry if you don’t know your times, just enter TBC or N/A if you are unsure, just so long as you can call us on the chauffeur number 30 minutes before you drop off and pick up your car we will be waiting at the cruise terminal for you.

Q:           I have not received a confirmation email.

A:            You should receive 2 emails shortly after booking with us.  One a receipt from PayPal and the other our confirmation email.  Please check your spam folder to make sure your email provider has not accidentally filtered it there.  If you still cannot find it, please send us an email with your name and dates for your booking and we will get another one manually sent back to you.

Q:           When I arrive at the cruise terminal where do I drop off my car?

A:            Once you have arrived at the cruise terminal you will be directed by the traffic marshals into the baggage drop off lanes to unload your bags. Once you have done this, just drive over to the short stay car park (about 20 metres away) and one of our drivers will be waiting for you there.

Q:           I will be flying out or returning by plane, would you meet us at the train station instead of at the port?

A:            We are very sorry, but we cannot provide any service outside of the usual drop off and pick up points that your cruise ship arrives and departs from.

Q:           I don’t know which cruise terminal to drive to.

A:            Don’t worry, when you call us to let us know that you are 30 minutes from arriving at the port, we will be able to give you exact details of where your ship will be berthed.  If you would like to know before hand, please click this link to be directed to the Southampton Port cruise ship schedule.

Q:           What if I need to change my booking details, such as a different car or dates/times?

A:            No problem at all, we don’t charge anything for amending any booking details, please just send us an email with your name, the dates you have booked, and your revised booking info and we will amend your booking for you.

 

Q:           What if I need to cancel my booking?

A:            We will cancel your booking and provide a full refund (minus a small bank handling charge) for any cancellation, just so long as you cancel any time before 48 hours before your drop off date.
